I downloaded this app to my iPhone at least two years ago, maybe more. I really enjoyed playing it for all this time because early on I signed up to get the “no ads” version. I found the ads very intrusive and it was worth the fee. Now my phone has died and I need to play the app on my iPad, which is under the same Apple ID as my phone. Guess what?The very intrusive ads are back. I contacted the developer to get this changed, and the response I got was really no help. I was given three choices, none of which worked. The last was to get my receipt from Apple and they provided me a link to do it. However that link brings back receipts for the current calendar year only. So I’m rating this app lower, even though it’s a fun game, because the developer doesn’t seem to care at all about their subscribers or keep any records about who has sent them money. Bad business practice.

I hate the changes. Not only do you take our coin options away, but you now have set a 2-minute time limit to solve the puzzle. How unfair is this. No one can sole the advanced puzzles in just two minutes with or without hits. I HATE the changes. I am going to delete this game and NOT recommend it to anyone I know playing iPad games. Your description says “NO TIME LIMITS,” but when I started play today I lost twice to a two minute time limit. I cannot see any way to turn off the time limits, so your description is now incorrect. I am changing my rating, because latest changes have a new category of timed challenges. This is great for anyone who wants the extra challenge of beating the clock. The old solvable puzzles without the clock are back and I love the new changes.

I loved this game and it was good for my mind, i took my time and would run several different ways before I finished and if I did not have a star I worked on it, sometimes with hints until I received a star. then you changed the game changed the hints to coins and timed a game. This was relaxing, now I’m back to being anxious. So I am done. Today I received a bill for 6.99 and have not been in the app today until I got the bill and trying to figure out why I was charged 6.99. I have trying to work out the changes and enough is enough. 7/9/21 the program was updated and timed puzzles are available under a separate button. Other than coins for hits the game can be played as it originally was. My money was refunded. I’m pleased and back to playing.

I love having a go to fun game on my phone for moments of boredom or whatever when wanting to relax and kill some time. I habe tried them all! Shooter games and all the fancy mmo and other style games, but on my phone i want something simple. I will leave it to my PC or PlayStation for an in depth gaming experience. With that said... I love this game. It is absolutely perfect on iOS. I can play it with my kids and it also can get quite challenging later on as well. There is a TON on content and levels... i mean jt is just so satisfying to “connect the dots”. I like a little bit of a stimulating brain challenge in my games and for me this game has inspired me to become an iOS developer to create stuff like this. Spot on you guys! Seriously well done.

This game is relaxing to me. I just started playing and I am only up to level 27ish and it is completely easy so far. I hope it gets harder to do. The ads however are way too frequent. I would prefer that maybe two or even three, since they are short in duration, come after perhaps 25-30 sections are completed. It is really annoying to be interrupted so many times. I also don’t find the highlighting of the circle you need to connect to, to complete your pipe, helpful at all. The board is not that large that you cannot find the end of your pipe. In fact, your moves aren’t permanent so correcting a wrong move is easy. All in all, it’s fun!!!!

I like the colors and the sounds are not annoying like some games. I think it is rather sneaky to put a if you would like a free hint just watch a short video and if the person clicks no they still have to watch the video anyway. Kind of doing a bit of a lie there. The other ads are not so much a problem because you state if you don’t want to watch the ads pay, makes sense to me. But if you are going to force me to watch an ad after asking me if I want to that isn’t right. That ad should be voluntary, if I say I don’t want the free hint then I should not be forced to watch that ad. The other ads are very clear you don’t want to watch then pay the price and you won’t have to. Update: well the problem with the ad is no more now when I click don’t want the extra hint nothing happens. The only other problem I have now is I have finally gotten to the actual art but when I complete the puzzles they disappear to quickly so I don’t know what the art looks like . If there could be a little longer before the completed puzzle leaves the screen that would be cool.

i put 5 stars, but i JUST got this game. but i still really recommend this game to relax and stuff. my grandfather has this game too and i played this on his phone , and decided to start playing on my ipad and phone and get it for myself! this is a really super simple, easy , fun, calming, relaxing, cool, and also challenging ...(at the end) game. I really like it! ok. so no one has to agree with MY opinion because i would like any type of opinion, i used to have this game though, but i accidentally deleted it,... some how and actually i just changed it to four stars because i remembered that... when you get the game again if you deleted this game... it starts all of your levels ( even the ones you’ve finished) all back over again. and that is very annoying because the levels at the beginning are easier than the ones around the end and you have already gotten to that point ... so i also recommend you not to delete the app and reinstall it. ( unless you want to get very annoyed )😒 the end.

OMG! I love this game so much! It is so much fun, and it’s very therapeutic. Don’t you just love a game that is really easy and you can just play it and enjoy it!You can play all day and you won’t be mad at the end. This is the best game like ever! This game is so calming too! The best part is that there are barely any adds and when you do have an add an ✖️pops right up in the corner. The down fall... All of the levels are very easy I wish they challenged the game or a little more. The game would be so much more fun if the levels were challenging as you got better and passed more levels. I know I’m sending a little bit of a mixed massage but this is life. Things changes and stuff happens. My emotions are mixed for this game because on 1 hand the game is fun but on the other it is really annoying because the levels don’t get harder. Hope this helps you make a better decision and get a better perspective.

I used to love this game. It was enjoyable and then they updated it. As the saying goes if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Now some games are timed. It’s not an option. And the timing is ridiculous. For hard puzzles you have a couple of minutes to figure it out. And that times out. So let’s say you use your hints. After a while it resets and all your hints that you bought disappear along with the hints. Why would this happen???? There are sooooo many ads now. Every second there is an ad. And the game freezes. My 9 year old plays as well and said to me there is no way he is updating his game once he saw how bad it is on my phone. We try to compete to see who can solve a puzzle faster and he can play puzzle after puzzle before I even get through an ad. If I were not already addicted to this game I would delete it. There should be an option at the end of the puzzle to pause it and look at it. You work very hard on it and should be able to view it completed before it goes on to another you guessed it, an ad.

I think pipe art is really fun and I love that there is not as much adds as other games that happen to have more but, as much as I like this gameThere is two things I have to say that I don’t like as much as I like the game,The first thing I have to say is that the games or should I say levels a really easy so see that I got this game from a ad from a different game and on it it said that it was gonna be hard so I drove me into liking it and I was thinking that it was gonna be hard but most of the levels that I’ve played has been very easy but I guess who am I to say I’ve only played two levels, the last thing I have to say is after you’re done with a level it shows you what the picture is and one of the levels I played But when it does that you can’t tell what the picture really is. PS when I say levels I mean big blocks of looks like a lot of levels.

I think this is a really fun game and can be quite addicting but the sheer number of ads is ridiculous. I can’t even answer a text and go back to the same level without having to watch another freaking ad. There’s an ad between every level. I have no issue normally with ads and I know I can pay to not have ads but I’ve never seen this many on the free version. It’s absolutely ridiculous and the reason I am deleting this off my phone. I hope the app designer is reading this so s/he/they can fix this issue. Put ads between levels, sure, don’t put an ad every time you open the freaking app. People text me. I answer the texts changing apps for maybe 5-10 seconds. Don’t make me watch an ad because I did so. It is a fun game but I don’t recommend getting it until this bug is fixed. It is very irritating

I absolutely love this game and I am addicted to it. I was enjoying playing the every day puzzles and looking forward to a great reward at the end of 30 days; only to be greatly disappointed to find out all you get is one clue. How stupid. You can get a clue just by watching a dumb ad. They need to increase that reward for playing 30 days in a row to something like 10 clues, or even five would be better. I see no reason and playing The every day puzzles anymore if that’s all you’re going to get. Other than that I find the game is fantastic, and I love the increasing challenge. Which is another reason why the monthly play is so odd. One day it will be elementary level basic, the next much more difficult, but then it goes back to basic randomly. They just need to rethink that portion of the game.

This is a great concept, but the puzzles are way too trivial. I wasted 30 minutes hoping the puzzles would get more complex. Each puzzle took me 3 to 5 seconds, and most of my time was spent waiting for ads between EACH AND EVERY level! My advice to the developers: (1) Give a user a choice between Easy, Medium, Hard, and Genius levels right off the bat. (2) Wait until a user is enjoying the game with challenging levels before using interstitial ads between every game! If a user solves a puzzle in 4 seconds, it’s ridiculous to show another interstitial ad 6 seconds after he or she saw the last one. You could to track how many seconds of game time they got since they saw the last one, and you might keep the user engaged longer if you don’t show ads more often than once every couple of minutes. In the meanwhile, I’m deleting this app. Oh, and maybe don’t prompt for a rating after the user has spent only spent 20 minutes playing the game, especially if 17 of those 20 minutes was spent waiting on the same interstitial ads we’ve all seen a million times!

These developers are just like ol’ Nellie the Cow, she gave a good bucket of milk and then she kicked it over. This WAS one of the most relaxing games in the App Store. Until today, June 11, 2021. They’d gave notice that they we’re malice some “exciting” changes. Well the made the changes, and not for the good. Prior to today, they would have received 5 stars. Now it’s the lowest possible number, 1. Now, what had been relaxing, they went and stuck a timer on it. It’s not even an option, you beat the timer or you don’t go any further. On top of that, they too away my accumulated hints (184) and turned them into coins. Hints cost 20 coins apiece. Developers, if you have a good thing going, LEAVE IT ALONE. Don’t fix what ain’t broke. Update: I’m response to the feedback I received from the developers: give you customers the option of playing with the timed version or the relaxing version. Otherwise, you risk losing customers like myself. As it stands now, I only play the daily game. Your judgment was off on this one.
