The game itself is very fun to play with simple controls and a vast majority of beautiful weapons and gear combinations that all create a unique in-game experience. The graphics are also 10/10, with smooth gameplay and detailed maps. Updates are timely and usually in the players’ favor. It’s one of the only games I believe is worth it to put money into. That being said the game is free to play and I have some friends who haven’t spent a dime and have earned powerful maxed 7-star weapons. The multiplayer matchmaking is fast, and weekly events will get you quite a bit of gold as well if you are willing to play at least a few matches a day. Playing even more will grant higher gold/crate rewards. Spending money will just speed things up and allow you an inventory with more variety, which makes the game more enjoyable, but isn’t necessary. Most of the one star reviews are from people who don’t know how to properly play, or have dropped some cash and didn’t get the absolute rarest weapons offered (they are rare for a reason). Overall if you are looking for a console-tier shooter with tons of customization that rewards the players who grind, this game is for you ⚔️.

No major problems with the game plays fine but one thing needs to be fixed. The aiming mechanics. For me when i play a shooting games especially one like this one i want to be able to aim the gun down range with the iron sights or even with the optics on the gun. But if you can fix it to where when you aim and fire with the weapon(excluding snipers since they have a designated scope button) guns like assault rifles LMGs SMGs shotguns etc with the iron sights as before your character starts firing he shoulders the gun and lets you see more down range kind of like the slight of hand perk from call of duty. And if you do this maybe add in things like more optics like red dots an updated thermal sight or maybe a target finder. Also maybe even add in attachment items that can be added or unattended from your weapon like a laser flashlight or foregrip. One more thing could we get like a kill streak achievement. Like for instance in COD they have the UAV or nuke when you get a certain amount of kills in the multiplayer you have standbys to help you get more kills so maybe like a fly by or maybe something like a UAV, drone kill something to make the game wayyyy better

I first played “Afterpulse” on my Apple TV and took a while to get used to trying to figure out what to do to be good at it. I noticed the game for Apple TV hasn’t been updated and was worried that the game would be as it is. Then BOOM....I saw in the App Store this game and its definitely better and had to figure out how to upgrade and evolve weapons like before because it’s different. Anyway, I’m playing the game and love it. However, I think there must be a “hack” going on in the “multiplayer mode” (“Ranked”). For the last few weeks I’ve played and was within the “top ten” and loved getting the 2,500 in gold. Now, I can’t get in the game. The “Que” has me waiting forever to get in and I think that it’s not fair because everyone is upgrading their weapons just as I am and now I can’t get into the part of the game that gives the best “payout” for upgrading. Please fix this. Also, I play this game on my iPad but would love to see it on Apple TV like the original version.

It has been abundantly clear that the developers of this game have been supporting my ongoing felony terror-stalking victimization, with marches consistently taking a minute plus to be found, and way too many familiar names to be normal solo queue. On top of the pretty obvious forcing me to play with likely felony stalker insects, my weapon damage has fluctuated constantly, just like with War Robots months and months ago - also similar to my experience with that game being the taps interpreted as swipes whenever I fire, about every other time I hit the fire button. I haven’t brought it directly to the attention of the developers, but I have documented the obvious terror-nerfing of my gameplay experience beyond belief, as usual; there has been zero argument for ignorance for years. It hadn’t been ruined to the point of not being worth playing until the other day, and now clearly literally everything is nerfed more than ever; clear misses are like headshots, etc. INSECTS.

I love this game! It came out back in 2016 yet it is still one of the most graphically impressive games on the AppStore. Everything has super quality textures, really cool particle effects. Also the design for each level was really amazing I enjoy each one. Back in the day tho, Afterpulse was sort of a pay to play with super low drop chances but that’s completely changed. I haven’t spent a dollar on this game yet I still compete pretty well against anyone in the game. I also appreciate the squad function but it needs more work. It would be awesome if you could add the ability to friend other players so you can squad up with them. It’s really difficult to get squad ids because the chat is only there for 30 seconds. Also the season event is great but for future seasons it’s too pricy to get the main season benefit. Please fix!

I’ve been kicked out so many times because I was switching guns or trying to adjusting controls before it kicked me out for taking so long. How about a countdown timer and maybe with more seconds to adjust controls)? 90 to 95 percent of the times I was kicked out it wasn’t intentional. If I know I’m about to get kicked out, there should also be a ‘ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO CONTINUE!’ warning. I should be able to go back to the game with my original weapons. I just got a new 12.9 iPad and I’ve already been kicked out sometimes seconds before I can get back in the game. I guess that’s expected until I get use to gaming on this new IPad... Oh Yeah... Feel free to give me some gold or guns for the feedback. Lol! Just kidding...

Servers keep you waiting longer than expected to find a match and when you do there’s another waiting to get it started . Gameplay is almost not enjoyable and mostly boring and hard to move around . Sensitivity on controls is mostly lame slowwwww and controllers themselves are old fashioned and mostly useless . No crouch options, no sliding option , no running faster without running like a very old man ...no FPS option at all!!! This game is way too boring , repetitive and graphics can’t be adjusted to a better graphics settings cause there’s none at all !!! It might have had potential ...5 years ago now it’s just an obsolete game not even good to waste time..

I've already spent over 200 bucks fixing my weapons praying for my favorite sniper rifle. I swore long ago to never spend money on a free on line game but that's how special this game is to me or has become. So so so entertaining and honest with the weaponry and the thirst for cool wardrobe puts this game other worldly man you can even upgrade your wardrobe. But the guns are real and they stay honest even at the 6 star level. I've been in videogaming since Atari to Sega master system and above. And this game is magic to me like Shinobi Made me feel on Sega Genesis the first time I played it. 9/10 the one -1 is the squad set up is garbage you can never get anyone to join a squad. Voice communication would improve this game leaps. I Love This Game Period.

I love the game it’s great I believe it’s one of a kind I also do believe that the game could be better by like being able to play with ur friend and have a Crouch button u can push to yk but not only that being able to kinda put what u won’t in ur weapon when ur at ur high enough level another map If y’all could not saying that yk that would make ur better but would bring more interesting but ummm I really do love the way y’all are going with this game I won’t ya to keep on dropping updates maybe one of will be a big one idk but I’m kinda will need to this game not much but I like it a lot and haven’t been around slot of it but I do believe if it does do these thing I more and likely stick around but if not this I hope something does make more interesting like the game now is interesting no doubt but I think if just needs something to give it that edge

Fun game but very few things work right. It would be legendary if things would work as intended. At best the game is in beta state. Few things that are very annoying: Can’t walk up too close to the walls: they’ll “swallow” you and you can’t see what you shooting at. Scopes work less than 30%: most of the time you see your own arm obstructing the view or if you try to move your weapon it moves like on steroids giving you vertigo. If you manage to find an opponent you can empty full clip in to him with no effect whatsoever. You are a sitting duck to your opponents while disengaging/re-engaging the scope few times until your weapon starts responding correctly. There are all kinds of other bugs but while annoying they do not effect the gameplay as much. Saved configurations of weapons/gear loosing their naming not daily but hourly. I’m running it on a 12 Pro Max. I don’t believe it’s hardware issues

This used to be a pretty fun game, though it is entirely pay-to-win. Not a lot of skill involved. If you pay a lot of money to get the best weapons and gear, you will win. If you don’t, you won’t. It’s that simple. But even if you get killed a lot, it still used to be fun. But ever since the Gamma mode, the glitches are unbearable. I get dropped from games way too many times. It’s not my connection. I have 500mbs speed. What makes it so frustrating is that I get penalized for leaving games when I didn’t actually leave the game! I lose combat points, which then costs me the next highest tier for rewards. I’ve lost hundreds in gold three times now because the loss of combat points due to glitches dropped me from top 10% to top 15% at the very end. Also, spawn trapping is a huge problem with the Gamma maps, especially Warehouse and Station. HUGE problem!! Getting killed before you can even move is incredibly frustrating — and it happens frequently. Maybe I’ll come back to this game in a couple weeks when the Gamma mode is done. Hopefully the next mode won’t have these problems. If it does, I’ll find another shooter to spend my money on.

Tbh, the game was super fun at first, but it seems after you reach a certain level you get dumped into a completely different arena where everyone is extremely difficult. It just doesn’t make a any sense. Another big issue is that in order to really “get anywhere” in the game, you’ve got to dump quite a bit of cash...real cash...which, I don’t necessarily have a problem with, but it’s kind of annoying playing against people who have clearly spent over or close to $100. Lol ON TOP OF THAT, once you DO earn enough money in the game to buy stuff, you all of the junky weapons...sometimes 3 or 4 of the SAME junky weapons. It’s just frustrating when you wanna move forward and progress, but the only way that’s possible is you have to be willing to spend money. Another thing I would add...it would be really dope if they put some sort of “friends” system in place. That seems to make games a lot more fun when you know you can team up with somebody. Other than that, the game is pretty next level. 😂🤷🏽‍♂️

I’ve been playing this game for a while. Tho it is a great game it has lots of room for improvement. My first gripe is the stability of the game. I get dropped from games a lot. The developers spend lots of time and effort to come up with new seasons and modes for the game and yet ignore this one major flaw. I have also spent plenty of money in the game with not much to show for it as far as good weapons. And my one other complaint, which is a big one is that, due to glitches, I have been overcharged several times. In the beginning the developers would do the right thing and give me what I was owed. Recently they just tell me that it is an issue with apple and just brush me off. That to me is theft and a blatant deflection of responsibility. I’m am their customer. I feel like they are the ones that should resolve my issues and not brush me off. Even after submitting proof of being over charged I get ignored. Not a good business model.

This game was fun the graphics are nice amor is beautiful just the game became a pay to win and is very bad now a lot of the reviews on this game are payed I download this game listening to the 5 stars only to find that the game is completely dead no one plays when you 1st up the game your great with a ton of things to pay when you say no they take you to the store anyone this game isn’t worth anyone’s time and effort every game I’ve played was with bots and it’s really hard to earn money in the game is horrible when you do play with online players you get spawn killed repeatedly putting money into this game is like putting on fire the developers don’t care about out opinion either they say “hey gives your opinion here” to almost all they reviews but when I did nothing happend it was ignored if your reading you really should listen don’t waste your time nor phone storage on this it really isn’t worth it it’s very bad the new developers really messed up the game I’m not lieing about what I said please listen to me don’t waste your time
