Great game, super addicting with a different experience every time. Here are a few ideas for future updates: 1: traffic control. Sometimes it’s fun to weave and dodge through cars, but with some of the faster cars I think that it would be nice with no traffic to just flat-out speed through the streets. It would be nice in the settings menu to have a toggle for traffic control like in other games. 2: another train. There is a tram in the French Quarter, but I think it would be nice to have like a freight train going around the map that maybe we can hitch a ride on. I personally love trains so if this happened I would be very excited. 3: more interactivity. Story mode is good, but after you complete the story missions they almost never appear again and it was fun interacting with the characters. When you walk up to a random person on the street they do say stuff, but even making those just slightly longer could make a difference. Maybe making story missions for the future that could be periodically unlocked by level would keep this interesting. Thanks for reading, and I hope that these can be added in the future! This game is AWESOME (as are MOST Gameloft games)! This company SHOULD be making games for the TV game systems, they are SO good at making these mobile games with MINIMAL memory/resources, I’d LOVE to see what they could do with a 100GB game on PS4! This looks, runs, plays exactly like a game like this SHOULD, even better really considering I’m on a medium grade device (iPad6 base model). The story, characters, & overall “feel” of this game remind Me of Saints Row 2 (the all time BEST sandbox story mode game to date). It may take a little more memory then those BAD wannabe GTA clones in the store, but it’s actually BETTER then playin the old Rockstar ones for the 100th time, & better then MOST of those PSP/game boy GTA games they have in the store (i.e. Liberty city stories/Chinatown wars, etc.). If You want a GREAT game get this, or the other free Gameloft game in Vegas... If You have the cash, even get the pay $ 1s Gameloft made, as those are even better! All, & all this is My favorite one though (I haven’t gotten the pay 1s yet, so I’ve only tried the 6 free GTA clones in the store, Big city online 2 is “okay”, but pales in comparison to this, & Vegas by Gameloft)!

Gangster New Orleans is very very very fun but there’s one problem I have with it it’s the fact that you can’t go and rob stores for money now I understand that’s probably a very very bad question but can you please fix this I would love to be able to get money without Hafton to go around taking out the high-value targets because they’re so hard to find but overall I love the game I wish that you could make the airplanes easier To get as in like being able to get them in the open world like you can other cars motor bikes and four wheeler’s but I would love to be able to get the airplanes and is it the helicopters in the open world and just be able to fly goes just like make a helipad well two can you also please fix this even if it’s just one a helipad I would love to have that I also would love to have like runway for airplanes that you can get in the open world. But overall I absolutely love your game I just want you to fix those bugs. I mean if I could I would rate this game 1 million stars trust me I really would. I Love your game

I want multiplayer really bad also make events much more enjoyable and also event energy takes way to long to recharge! It's so infuriating and getting 4 star items should be easier I've played since weak 1 and still don't have any I play a iPhone 5s and no crashing has happened to me well actually it happens occasionally but like 1 a hour and it's not bothering tbh also the gameplays fun but make grenades and health kits accessible with gold pls and its overall 8 out of 10 but it's really fun where it gets things right. I feel like the odd man out because the games not glitchy for me but cosmetic/gun system need to be better like a gun store and easier collectibles wow they actually fixed the cosmetic system and and the pay to win aspect also easier rewards it’s not perfect but they even put in more story! OMG! It’s from 8 out of 10 to 9.5 out of ten!

This is a good game. Very addictive and one of the only games on my phone. And even though it’s a game it’s so fake and tacky. Things you need to fix or edit are: when you are on the run from police they know right where you are so there really isn’t anything exciting like hiding. Also when you are on the run cars for some reason swerve in front of you for no reason at all. And when you are the run from police sometimes everyone and all the cars disappear and there’s legit no one. And when you hit someone with a car and get out to surrender the police automatically start shooting at you, like why? And I wish you could go into the houses and stores and make it be more interactive. The cop cars are always faster than your car, even if you’re riding in the exact car they are they will always catch up to you. The guns don’t do any damage to anything and you have to use like 100 bullets in order to kill 1 cop. I truly don’t understand why the cops automatically start shooting at you like chill out and the apps legit rigged for you to get caught, cars swerve in-front of you, cops legit appear out of thin air and when your getting away more cops show up and start shooting at you. So when I accidentally hit 5 people with a car a bunch of cops start shooting at me, ramming into my car and the stupid hand gun doesn’t do anything. Thanks for listening.

I love this game don't get me wrong. It's a solid environment GTA clone game. Its really good trust me. You can be pimping in your Katori in the projects or be racing in the rich neighborhoods. Its good but... it needs more to do in free roam. It would be cool if you could interact with stores. And in stead of unlocking the cars and weapons and money you could just get money for yourself because I personally don't like the turf idea. I like the free roam. So I feel you guys should add a couple stores you could go in and be able to rob or just go in and there be a person there. And multiplayer would be amazing. Maybe make it to be separated, like maybe $20 bucks to get multiplayer in free roam. That would be so fun. And I want more clothing that is serious. I like actually having cool realistic clothing. And last but not least more customization and interactive things in your houses and cars. I would like to be able to have a choose of my liking of music as a radio like Vegas. It would be very good. And be able to choose rims and paint jobs and wheels and stuff like that. I know its a lot to ask but this game could go crazy to the point where you could make it go for being paid for. Please take this advice and update this game to be as best as it can be. Thank you and have a good day.

It kinda doesn’t make any sense as of why you can’t steal airplanes or helicopters, You can do this in Vegas but I the game has a huge map. And there are no planes to steal as in Vegas it’s a tiny map with planes to steal. Also since there are interiors of some buildings and stores also warehouses, Should you be able to rob them? I mean like it would be a good way to earn money in free roam instead of walking around killing a monster and getting like 3 stars in the process. I mean there is no hate from me, but a decent feature of being able to: Rob stores, Steal planes ect. Would be great. Also one more thing, The spirit jars, whenever I open one, I always get the same thing. It pisses me off waiting 8 hours for a spirit jar to be ready to open then kaboom! I have the same thing, You might as well change that? Also of unlocking cars and other mobile vehicles. Why can’t you just buy them? That makes life a lot easier instead of opening a hundred spirit jars and waiting to get lucky and then you get everything you once had. So please? May you fix or add some of the features/stuff in the game? It would make this game a lot more popular. Thank you for reading this.

I love urban open world games and constantly revisit the virtual cities of the GTA and Watch_Dogs titles. Gangstar: New Orleans is not quite up to that level of quality, but considering that the app is FREE this is one beast of a bargain for any mobile device. Though the GTA series on the iOS are deeper, more solid games, they just weren’t meant to be played on a smartphone. I feel that Gangstar’s shorter mission design is better suited for the on-the-go format, just as the control scheme is a preferred fit for the touchscreen. To add to the lightning fast structure of the campaign, in this installment you can even begin missions by directly tapping an icon on the menu map instead of traveling to its location if you’re pressed for time. The city is also well-realized for a mobile game and causing havoc and exploring in the open world is always a blast. It is no doubt flawed, however. High on-screen action can dip its performance greatly with constant frame drops. The story is rather disjointed and juvenile in nature. I would’ve also liked a greater emphasis on radio stations. In spite of these imperfections, though, I feel the need to thank Gameloft for their ambition of trying to replicate this genre on the small screen.

This game is great but it needs a graphics option because after while I get a headache it’s the game because when I play other games my head does not Hurt after playing them for hours so please add this option. And one more thing update this game this game needs A big UPDATE like seriously this game gets boring after A while and it’s hard to get new weapons and vehicles and it’s hard to get jams and money make it a little easier please and add shops to buy weapons and vehicles with game money not real money so please we beg you guys to update this game and if you guys don’t put these things inside the game 1. I’m going to delete this game and never Play it again unless you guys put these things inside the game I’ll continue playing this game but if you don’t well I’m gonna delete it. 2. I’m going to tell everyone that I know to not get this game and I’m also going to tell the people how have this downloaded on there phone to delete this game and I’ll tell the people Who see the game in the AppStore and want to download it Because they Think that this game has shops that you can use Game money and all that stuff there going to download it just to find that this game doesn’t have shop and you can only get weapons and vehicles by getting crates and yes in know those things aren’t you called crates but I don’t remember what were their called. First off, Gameloft makes some of the best mobile games out there! And most of them are free! This review isn’t all rants or complaints. .. However, most of these games suffer 3 things in common: Glitches, Bugs, & finding ways to get you (the consumer) to buy something. But the fact that most of these games are free compensates these problems. Most of the time... For this game, it is very fun, addicting, easy to understand & adapt and visually beautiful! Gameloft has definitely outdone themselves in terms of open world games with this one! But once you keep on playing, the flaws start to show itself more and more. From your character getting stuck to walls, to being randomly teleported if you hit the right obstacle such as a trash can or bush, to the game itself glitching out on your purchases or points or even messing with your inventory. This is something I hope the developers will fix for each update being made down the line... As it does start to get annoying. Overall, this is a fun game! No where near Rockstar GTA level, but it is half way there! But once they do decide to step up their game, Gameloft will eventually dominate the mobile game market.

Graphic is great and gaming experience good missions are not bad but the storyline not that great as Gangstar Vegas it’s not contacted at all and not that u know that feel that what will happen next what I gotta do u know what I mean and there is no event or something u know that we can say I can’t wait for or i got to do it with every update it getting worst u Chang a lot of things and about the house isn’t enough the cost of build that we spend hours to get it and u want those stuff at not easy to get and why no offline mode maybe I’m out or internet is off maybe I want at least role in the city drive explore with stuff I got and I been playing this game since it come out I was so excited for it and then it turned out worst then Gangstar Vegas not that worst I still play both since they come out and all most Gameloft games and I know what I’m talking about there is so much thing u can do but u didn’t and what about online mode everyone have been asking about it for ages it wasn’t in all the Gangstar series and u put hope that this new Gangstar will be and u asked ur players about their thoughts what they wont and u did nothing and u can do it but why not why?

This game would be fine if it didn’t have so many bugs. The latest 1 that caused me a problem is that if you have a fully upgraded item and participate in the events that happen, if that item is a potential prize and u land on that prize, it will remove your fully upgraded item for a lvl 1 item. It has existed a long time. I went on forums to report this months ago but for whatever reason they dont let me post even though i made an account, idk if its because its a new account, but i could only reply to posts and that has never changed. Bit either way, this bug along with many others are very obvious bugs that need to be fixed. But now that i have played the game a while, i had a fully upgraded 4 star motorcycle... a motorcycle was a prize in the event and it was replaced with a lvl 1 4 star motorcycle. I immediately closed the game to post here and im deleting it after i finish. Along with the massive amounts of bugs there are many forced ads... games with ads u are forced to watch are always questionable as to how long it will be enjoyable. And these ads can be long without the ability to close some until its over and some ads cause problems... u can watch ads for certain prizes and i do that sometimes, but being forced to watch ads randomly is never a good sign. So basically im done with the game after the bug affected my game significantly, it was fun to get on a couple times a day but in the end its problems will make u stop playing.

See, this game is a pretty good and fun game. Graphics are nice and gameplay is smooth. I think that since this is based after gangs and stuff, it should have more gang-related stuff. All you can really do is do missions, kill and run over people, and escape the police. Sure, it’s fun for the first few days but then it gets a bit boring. I think you should be able to play with other people such as your friends or just be able to do stuff like rob people/places, and be able to enter things such as the banks, apartments, shops, etc. and be able to interact with things and giving our character a voice. Also, lowering the prices for things such as boosters. I mean, cmon. 100 bucks for a tank and 2 machine guns? Really? That should’ve been 50 dollars, tops. Most bundles are outraged. Other than that, great game. Edit: My game has been stuck on 23/80 percent for the last few hours. It goes from 61 tops right back to 23 and tells me the game has had a connection error and to check my internet and retry. This isn’t the case or at least hasn’t worked because I have tried both data and WiFi more than twice over the past 6 hours and it hasn’t worked. I’ve also tried closing the tab which would usually work and restarting my phone, to the same result. I have seen other people with the same problem, please fix it!
