I play competitions a lot and most of the time there’s players that cheat the game by playing next to each other or somehow they hacked the game. And when we complain nothing is done about it. I don’t mind losing fairly and buy more tokens. But no more from this app at least until something is done about it.

I have been using this app for awhile....I had to delete the app and re upload....when I tried to login I could not use my old ID....I login in through Facebook and keep getting an error. I tried following the steps to deactivate the new account but it is not working....can someone please help

Hey there. I have noticed that there is a problem with Saudideal game which is I can’t press the microphone button, It’s behind the bank, in earlier updates this was good and works fine. the problem appeared in the newest updates. I hope you fix it as soon as possible.

The iPad version of this game need more improvement and features specifically in the graphics and animation Note :Hood in the concan game some times bug and the card stuck some times it may be flashing Thank you very much

Stupid time rolls. It times out quick and does not give the option to select the card to through. Instead it takes one of your good cards and through is for you. You should have the option to play at your own pace.

Hi, I have been using jawaker for more than 3 years now. Never had an issue. However, after my recent update...it’s not letting me go down when I have cards to put on the table. Please help. Thank you!

This is a good app to play some cards. However two things are annoying, one I wish banakel was a game option, and two the amount of boys trying to flirt. When are Arab going to be above this? They flirt you don’t flirt back and they leave. So you’re playing with bots all the time. Honestly ppl shouldn’t be allowed to leave at all unless they get kicked for being slow or because the table takes too long to start.

Strongly recommend to give each player credits to play at different levels for example 5000 points and for each game you play at 100 points either you loose them or win them You can even buy tokens as the highest frustration in jawaker when the players leave at the first loss of a round! Please ask your members

Game is fun but I don’t understand why the developer decided to control the outcome of cards shuffling. It seems that they want you to play more & they figured by controlling your hand they can controls who wins & have a somewhat an influence on how much you play. I know many would ask how do you know the cards shuffling is not true random. I know by playing cards allot on the game & in real life. I play Trix on Jawaker & NOT ONCE me, my opponents or anyone I know had all 2 or all Aces in one hand. That by itself is enough reason to know its not true shuffling. Jawaker need to make the shuffling a true random just like playing in the real world Another shuffling fact. If you play with a friend against random players then hawker gives you most of the time good hands. I figured developer wanted to give you a fake sense of accomplishment to keep coming back and play more

Hands down this is the best online card games app that has ever been made. However, I’ve had an issue that has been going on for a while. Whenever I try to launch the app, I’m stuck at the loading screen with the loading bar not completely loading. After that, I get a message that says I’m not connected to the internet although I’m connected. I wish I can enjoy playing on this app again but this error stopped me. My device is an iPhone 11 Pro Max.

They double charge my credit card and the completely banned my account for asking for a refund on the double charge! Be aware don’t buy anything from them! They have no customer service, impossible to get in touch with anyone! Edit 2: EXCEPT That the Bundle Was not added to my account, so you CHARGED me for Something that wasn’t in my account and until today I haven’t received a message back and instead my account was banned!!! Horrible attitude and customer service!!! You falsely charge my account and then ban it and never reply to any messages! Edit: except I didn’t have the bundle purchase twice, I only bought it once, and only got tokens for 1 purchase, so why did I get charged twice? And what customer service? I messaged you guys on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and didn’t get any reply it has been weeks! But you are so fast to ban the account without even trying to communicate with the customer? What kind of garbage attitude is this? Shame on you guys

Every time I attempt at making a competition I always make it so I make little money, making it more attractive for other people to win more for what they spend. It seems like every time I make one no one joins it and I blame the app for taking away 2400 coins every time it fails!!! HOW IS THIS FAIR??? I spent money on the game to make tournaments and enjoy the game but it seems like i’m down a little less than 22,000 coins because of the idiotic rule of losing 2400 coins for every failed tournament!!! There is no contact button and I don’t have a number for overseas since I live in America. I NEED ANSWERS. Someone needs to contact me or my friends and I are looking for a new tarneeb app.

The game is really an amazing game however it is being abused by the people to creat competitions. They are cheating, lying, and taking peoples tokens. The company should take this issue seriously but I don’t they are taking the necessary steps to prevent this from happening. They are making the game a bad place to be. I hope they take this issue seriously and work on it. They are making us hate going into the game. They have the worst customer service people. They don’t solve your issues and very unhelpful

I’ve been hacked twice , after working so hard to get the tokens ,they have been taken from me easily ,someone hacked my account. The bigger problem is that my account is connected through my facebook account ,so I sent them my concern as weird things started to happen on my facebook account as well and this was their exact response “Honestly in this cases we cant know if youre account is hacked , but you should make sure if you account is verified”. Shame !!
