Then you should be blown away by the capabilities of and possibilities for this app! It is so simple for the person that needs the technical support (client) to initiate the request for support and to share screenshots of the issue they are having with the person giving support (tech). Once a request for screenshots has been sent, the screenshots are automatically shared with the tech. This allows for the client to take screenshots along the support process so the tech can describe which buttons to hit or information to enter and ensure that the client is inputting the information correctly. The beauty is the client does not have to jump back and forth between the issue they are having and the QuickSupport app to share the screenshots, they are sent to the tech automatically! Push notifications of chat, screenshot requests, and even text sent to the client's clipboard from the tech are amazing tools that allow for support calls to move along very quickly and smoothly! Not to mention the power user tools of pushing down Wi-Fi and email configurations! This all fits within the Apple app limitations, but it also keeps things safe too keep the remote access from being abused. It would be nice if you could use the TeamViewer iOS app to support QuickSupport requests, but that isn't a huge deal as you can use TeamViewer iOS to remote into a computer that can do the assistance. Great app, and I am glad I found it! Five stars!

Probably not the fault of the app, but it was used to scam me yesterday. Like one of the reviews above, I received a pop-up window that my iPhone had been hacked and to call this number immediately and it was supposedly an Apple support person. They gave me a name and an Apple employee ID number. He had me download this app so that he could access my screens and guide me through the process of protecting my online banking data from a hacker. I did go through all of the processes with him, opening all of my online banking apps while he could see my screen remotely. But when he asked me to transfer money, that was it. I was able to delay him and quickly took the time to call Apple and discovered it was a scam. If you’re having problems and you know your repair technician, then fine this app would probably be great for you. But don’t let any unknown person convince you to download this app so that they can access your screens
  • TeamViewer is not the one scamming you!

As an I.T. Professional and being an Apple certified technician and many different pc brand certified technicians I would like for the majority of the reviewers that gave this app a 2 star rating or below to understand that Team Viewer is just the company that makes a great application for remote sessions. Just because you fell for an Apple support scam and those scammers happened to be using this great product does not reflect on teamviewer! It reflects on the end user that fell for it and allowed them to remote into their system. This app has horrible reviews because people are acting like team viewer is the ones doing this! There is almost 500 reviews and it has 2.5 stars because of people that have no idea what they are talking about!

Their products and prices are excellent. I have used their team viewer for PC solutions for personal use for free without any issues for a while now. We’re talking our old PCs Used as media centers with low ram and resources, new PCs where their technology has to be massaged to fit with legacy connectivity and childrens’ laptops Where anything is possible as far as the making changes without telling their family IT admin...Coming across this iPad/PC screenshot business is not a big deal in my mind because I am certain that if there was a way to control it, without jail breaking, etc, they would’ve figured it out and created a wonderful solution for us to utilize... probably for free. Glad to give five stars.

  • Lousy scam platform

I fell victim to some East Indian scammer, acting as if he was there to help me with my issue. I was using the CashApp site for money transfer.... and some worthless ( I am sure was East Indian) scum bag tried to make 5 separate withdraws from my account but my bank stopped them dead in their tracks, but I had to cancel my account and get a new one, I inquired about 600 dollars that was still in CashApp and some worthless thief called me and said that he could help me..... since I didn’t have my new account number yet he had me do all sorts of things..... and basically stole my money...!!!! And of course trying to get an answer from CashApp is futile... probably because they are probably in on the scam and have their people watch accounts and then take from people..... it is a shame because it gives reputable sites a bad name. I have reported both sites to the FTC..!!

Hi download this app because I was told that I was being hacked and in order me to prevent this I had to screen share with a person that called me and I end up doing that and they got into my cash app and sentMoney to another cash app which I lost $100 and now I can’t get them back and they said I would have to buy a Google play or iTunes card over $100 in order to get my hundred dollars back so I think this is a really big scam I told I thought PayPal that people are using that to get into peoples accounts throughQuick support so please do not answer any phone calls and do not use this app ever

I did not read reviews before downloading this app as requested by a false Cash App support line. If you let these people in they have full access to your App. For me it was my Cash App and to verify the lady said I had to tap on the pay now to a person named William Kesmodel, after he sent me a request to pay $240, which was my exact balance in my App. The pushy lady said it was just to verify and nothing would be taken out of my account. She had access and could see all my info, even my bank account and became very insistent that I wouldn’t lose any money that it was just to verify my account. I told her this is not right and I would not do that. She became irritated and pushy. I told her she was very rude then she hung up on me. I then deleted that request and blocked this William person and deleted this fraudulent App. I will be reporting this to Apple.

I had a man calling me claiming to be Apple because i had just filed a refund claim. I downloaded the app as they asked & allowed the share screening. “The representative” proceeded to ask me to open my email so they can check to see if any hackers got into my email. I was told 5 hackers got into my email and that they wanted me to open my banking app to see if any hackers had access to my bank account. I immediately got suspicious and ask to speak to a manager “the representative” got agitated i could hear it in his voice he then tried to disguise his voice. Once I noticed the voice was the same I DID NOT OPEN MY ACCOUNT & immediately started reading reviews here & the “manager” started yelling at me to press home. I immediately deleted the app & hung up the phone and called my bank. Watch out guys they were definitely trying to hack my account!
  • SCAM Alert!!!

Please do NOT used this app. I got a phone call the other day from people pretending to be from Apple and said I had fraudulent activity on my account, the showed hackers supposedly using my IP address in TX, OH, & Michigan. They then proceed to try to convince you they’re with Apple IT support services & want to ‘catch the hackers’ they want you to install this app, connect (remote into your phone) & look around for the corrupted application. They keep sending you to different ‘departments’ like IT security. Them try to get you to install a cash app & tell you the only way to catch the hacker is to actually put your account info in a ‘pretend’ to buy simmering that these hackers have flags on your account numbers. I told them they were the hackers & needed to be reported. Be careful they’re getting worse & sneakier!
