Word Search – World's Biggest Wiki

I’ve found it very rare to find a game that strikes the perfect balance between being fun and being mentally stimulating. Of course this isn’t going to, nor is designed to, push your intellect to its absolute limits and help you become a MENSA-worthy genius. But it’s certainly not mind-numbing, either. I play this quite often when I am bored or have some time to kill. And 99% of the time I play in Classic Mode. I just prefer having a ton of categories to choose from, and not being distracted by a bunch of rules or timers. And I admit I also was annoyed by the ad frequency. But I think their ad-removal cost is fair, especially in a day and age where some app makers fleece the heck out of you. Overall, this is a cool game that will keep you busy for hours on end (minimal battery life impact). It’s funny how it is repetitive but it never actually feels repetitive. I definitely recommend it. And I recommend the nominal fee to remove ads. Really improved my experience with it.

I like that there are several word searches available, but there are two things that I am annoyed by. First off, those ads that pop up at the bottom cover up the last row of words, so you end up waiting on them to disappear before finding out what other words you still need to find. Secondly, when you've finally used up your tokens, there's virtually no way to get anymore unless you buy them, "earn" them (which is rare), or wait out 3 minutes to earn 1 token until you reach 10 tokens. 10 tokens isn't even enough to play about half of the word searches! Overall, it's good, but those are two areas that could use some work.

Mostly writing this just for the sake of tokens, which is a bit of a nuisance. The game has some flaws but as a simple word search it's what you would expect. The irritating part is the tokens and how you need increasingly more to play, but don't get rewarded them too often. It's a blatant and annoying money grab as you're either having to wait or run out of patience and throw money at the app. Wish there was an exchange for coins to tokens, from what I've seen they don't have many applications. Actual gameplay is fine for me, it's pretty simple though figuring how to disable the hints at the beginning took some time for me, and was a bit of a nuisance.

This game is fun and challenging but the pop up ads are annoying. I understand they need ads for revenue but I have another one of this developers games and they just have ads at the bottom of the page not additional pop up ads and videos in between games. It's really annoying. I won't pay money to not have them, I think that's what they are trying to force people to do. Put so many ads in that you are willing to pay to not have the advertising. I won't do it. It's not right. The ads in the game should be enough. The developers are just greedy.

I like this game but I'm only able to play 2 puzzles a day (after completing the 500 small puzzles). You’re allotted 25 (I think) tokens and each puzzle costs a certain amount. The cost starts out around 5 tokens and increases with each puzzle. Currently, it costs me 10-12 tokens per puzzle with only a few left at that price. Tokens take forever to build back up and the coins you receive for completed puzzles are worthless. This app is at least worth the download for the small 500 word searches.

Good game. Great way to kill time. Only issue is how often the hints pop up. I’ve already been shown at the beginning of the game what to do and where to go for help or whatever. On top of that you have ads. They aren’t popping up as much as other games which I like, but if you’re gonna blow up my game and ruin my concentration as it is with hints get rid of the ads altogether. Or allow us to disable the every 5 second hints u make us manually click out of. 🙄

I like this game. My only problem is the ads.. The ad that pops up during the game always covers the bottom row of words and there's no way to "x" out of it.. So I just have to sit there and wait for it to go away (which usually is for 2 seconds as it switches to the next ad) so I'm never able to beat the average time, plus it's annoying having to sit there in each game for over 5 minutes because I can't see my bottom row of words. /:

Overall the game is good but I get annoyed by the ads that pop up and block up the last of words you need to find and sometimes it doesn't go away until I restart the game to able to see the words and how you only get a certain amount of tokens and the puzzles are more expensive you run out of tokens fast and sometimes have to wait a couple days until you have enough to unlock at puzzle

For the most part the game is nicely done. Easy to tap and I like the back and forth direction to select the words. However, I have noticed that there is an overlap with the words at the bottom bar. This makes it difficult to read some of the words and that can increase your time. Would also suggest trying other colors or allowing the user to pick a color. Not much but could liven the game up.

I like the mind-exercising game. It is free so I expect ads but the ad banner at the bottom covers up a third or more of the words you're supposed to find, for sometimes half the playing time. I'd also like to be able to earn more than 10 tokens for playing-time spent since some of the games are only 11 or 12 tokens. I like that random free tokens are given and you can watch an ad to earn a few more.

I finished level 500 and for the past two or more months I have been waiting for level 501. It keeps saying coming soon coming soon. Well don’t think it will ever show up. Also in the part where you have the biggest word search ever and you are timed, well when you have 25 words to find it is difficult to find them in under 2 min. Give me a break I don’t think the people who put the game together could do that if I gave them a puzzle

The word searches are what you would expect them to be. The coin portion is annoying. I may have to stick to the old fashioned pencil and paper word searches to avoid having to wait for coins to reload. The other puzzles are easy so I have been working in the big puzzle which is fine, but unless you buy coins, which is how the company makes their money, you can only do so many. There aren't too many ads which is nice compared to other free games. I

Didn't mind spending a dollar to get rid of ads, but what happened otherwise? I had this for years on my phone but removed it to recapture space on my phone. Fast forward, I reinstalled it today and find it's unplayable. In the middle of the game--pop ups about progress, pop-ups about status, secret words, how many times you burped during the game. Ok, I can see where some folks might like that, but I can't be the only one who finds it distracting, useless, and dumb. I'm deleting the game until you either put in an off switch to the nonsense, or add a 'classic' version so that all one does is relax and finds words. Imagine that.

The only way to unlock all the puzzles is with the daily login bonuses, there are hidden tokens on the board but you're likely going to need the daily bonuses as the natural token growth stops at 10 with at least 50% of the board costing 10+ tokens. Most of the rewards you get for completing the puzzles are coins. I've never used my coins, in my opinion they're totally useless. I have no idea why they even give you an option to buy more of them. Also even though every stage has a time to beat there's no noticeable bonus for actually beating that time except for a bigger start marking that game's finish. It's a pretty basic word find, nothing exciting and totally engineered to force you into buying tokens in hopes you'll be too impatient to wait but without anything to offer that actually makes waiting for the daily bonus token a problem.
