    Customer Service Lacks

Game is pretty good and most major glitches have been dealt with although there are several smaller ones that have never been acknowledged, and of course never remedied. Then there’s the remaining major glitches that happen occasionally. Try contacting support and all you will hear is crickets. Some of these in game failures relate directly to $$. With no help being provided, or a simple acknowledgement of an issue, it is very hard to continue to play and even harder to consider spending $$. The game overall is a great game! With proper support, and customer service it could be much better. Until then, it’s not a game I would recommend to a friend (at least not someone I liked very much!) and wouldn’t rate any higher than a 2/5. Wanted to rate it a 1.5/5 but that wasn’t an option. Fix the glitches and customer service and it would easily be a 5/5!

    Great game.

I enjoy this game a lot, and I feel like I have a reason to keep coming back. For a free to play guy, these games still allows me to make slow progress, but is still more than other games like mobile strike. I first played in 2016, but left because I moved on, but since I’ve come back and still enjoy playing. My only bad incident is when I bought a deal and the purchase never came through.

How I am coping with new world!

I started playing way back from the beginning of the game , so long ago I forgot how many years ago . Now I play with old friends due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The stay at home order brought back so many players albeit not the way we wanted . It is fun to play after all the new improvements and the bringing back older stuff prizes that we all enjoy.

    A very genuine game!

I really love this game because it’s simple. It looks overwhelming but it’s really basic. You begin simple and grow to understand the other complexities in the game. I joined a clan and I loved it. The support is amazing and they always have my back. The game is old but it holds up to the test of time. Give this game some time and it will reward you.

    Great Game

Really love playing this game. It’s a great way to pass the time and work in tactics. But here recently I have been having issue with it loading up. I choose it on my home screen and it tries to load. But then it goes back to my home screen. Maybe my phone, or a bug? Weird

    Great Game

I have been playing for years. I don’t think I would have kept playing but I invested money to play and I just keep playing. I do not like the progression where I feel the need to spend more and more to get what I need in references to upgrades. It is already hard enough to grow in the game unless you have multiple accounts. I believe one account should suffice. I want to be able to change my base layout and something different on the barracks aspect, only need one barracks, change to where u upgrade a tech for the troop or something, multiple barracks that do the same thing makes no sense to me. Progression to be able to stay alive would prob keep a lot more people playing also if you know what I mean.

    Fun but lacking

I played the pc of this game 5-6 years ago and I loved it and I found the mobile version and it’s like the version...... I would give it 5 stars but this is just the old timer in me ranting It feels like a Chinese knockoff. It’s the game I remember but it’s lacking For instance invading people is pretty useless cause in the pc version you siphon resources from your subject, can’t do it here Units have lore and flavor text that I would read as I wait, lacking severely here Progression is so easy you don’t have your first APC before you are level 30, takes away the feel and power of high rankers Crystals are so easy to get that the game is no longer about claiming land but joining a crystal grinding squad so the meta is different , To me, a season vet, of the pc version and quite experienced of the mobile version Gives it a childhood nostalgia out of childhood nostalgia It’s the TD game I love and gives you the same feel but deep down.... it feels cheap and not exactly the same

    Great game!

This game is a lot of fun! I’ve put a lot of time into it since the first iPad mini dropped. Needless to say it’s a bit addictive lol However, I now have it again on my iPhone SE 2nd Gen and it’s has this nasty habit of crashing IMMEDIATELY after tapping on the app to open it. It doesn’t always happen but I’ve noticed it happens very often when the internet connection is bad. Definitely needs a fix. Besides that, I can’t complain about the game, it’s super fun and I hope the content keeps flowing!

It will cost you to play they all do...

If you plan out your purchases this game does give you the ability to stay competitive with minimal money, you just need to learn how to do it. Over all, it’s a fun game to play and a good way to take up some time of you enjoy war games. A lot of people complain but you need to learn how to play the discounts etc.

    Great Game, Flawed “Updates”!

When the game works, it’s fun! For many of us in our group of 150, only about 30% of the players can enter the game. Plarium recommends you use Facebook to stay connected to the game... once you do that it’s the ONLY way to play, and regular updates by Plarium break the Facebook affiliation and you can’t enter the game! The last update over a week ago, has still not resolved this! Plarium’s response is they are working on it; this happens multiple times monthly! So, play at your own risk! If you purchase upgrades for cash, you may not be able to get back in the game to use them! Oh, if you can’t get back into the game, that does not stop others from attacking you while you’re not logged in and destroying all of your resources, that you might have paid cash for!

    Game crash

I played the game when it came out 5years back and loved it so I came to play this and reminiscing about the old times. the infestation is okay and there are some new base skins from when I played 5yrs ago. I just started yesterday. then I accidentally hit the home button and it forced closed the app one time and now it crashes every time I open the app so bad it won’t even show me the loading bar or even the home screen. I tried un-installing the app and re-downloading it but to no avail. the server I was put on when I first joined the app on my phone was already 2,438 days old for first session Was definitely discouraging when your lvl 5 exploring the world and you see level 80-90 players less than 45km from your base. I found that shocking to start. I perceive they should give a second builder for 24hr on late joiners how am I supposed to catch-up to players who are already that high a level any word on a new server coming out or is that all there is are the 5 1/2- 6 year servers

    Full of bullies

You will not progress very far in this game unless you spend mountains of cash to level everything up. Even if you do get far without paying, someone will come along and harass you with attacks until you quit the game entirely like what happened with me. What even makes this game worse is that plarium allows people to move units from their higher leveled accounts into their lower leveled accounts, which is completely unfair. This game is not worthy of a four star rating at all

    Unintuitive and pointless

If this game was “reborn” from an earlier version, I cannot imagine how much worse the first version must have been. There is no real theme to the game, no sense of what the world is like that the player resides in and what is the point of trying to build your city. You can battle, but you get no reports of what you gain from an “invasion” of another city. You can build facilities and resources, but why? To what end? There is no thread running through this game that says “build this or that, because . . .” You need Crystals to build things, but you cannot earn them through gameplay, as far as I can tell. You have to buy them, and they are expensive relative to their value in the game itself. Each player resides in a “sector” but what does that even mean? You can see a bunch of other players and sectors, but so what? The developer has certainly found a way to to monetize the game, but since you don’t know what the components are for, why buy a bunch of them? My conclusion - the game exists solely to benefit the developer financially. Boring and moronic.

    Needs real improvement!!!!

I’ve been playing this game for over 5 years now. And, I’ve seen this game fall in a deep decline. When I started this game the payouts for ops were worth fighting for. Since then, the rewards have declined, customer service has been reduced to an auto reply. The only way to succeed in this game seems to buy their packages. Looks like they need to a have a huge overhaul. They’ve been bought by another company and it has to the unfriendliest group, yet. I only keep playing this game due to my friends that I’ve accumulated through the years. If it weren’t for them, I would have left this game years ago. Sad to see what it’s become.
