Games play pretty good, until yo reach level 400. Then they slow way down. You get less bonus spins, and if you do get a bonus spin, they don’t pay as well. My coins have dropped over 75% in one week, even after buying coins. Don’t waste your money on purchases. They will be gone in the first hour after you buy them. Buying coins doesn’t help the games play any better. I’ve had this game six weeks, and it’s nearing the end. Once I hit level 400, and 40 billion coins, the games hardly play.

I downloaded this because it had slots that I play in the real casinos like Dancing Drums, Buffalo Grand, and Miss Kitty Gold but all of a sudden, they are gone now. So I don’t really get what about this game or others like it that get people to play them. I gave it a try and yeah you can win enough or watch a few ads and you won’t need to buy coins. But the game play is so dull and Boring. I get you can’t win a jackpot every spin but spinning for an hour to finally get the feature to win nothing. Yes I do mean not a thing, zip, zero. Multiple spins and at the end you get a better luck next time. It has nothing to do with luck idiots. The algorithm can be set to pay or not to pay. I also believe from reading the developers responses that no body is running this thing except for an AI robot. I purchased a $49 credit pack and had terrible luck and lost most of it so bought a $79 dollar deal that had a considerable amount of coins but didn’t get them. A quick email to point out what happened and I assumed it would be made right since I play the game often and spend a lot of money (for me) on their credits. After some runaround I received an email telling me that after their ‘investigation’ I received my credits - which had never happened and then the email said they were giving me free credits. So the customer support people’gifted’ me 5 hundred million coins instead of doing the right thing and crediting me the 4 billion I purchased. Save yourself that anxiety and play whatever bonus credits they give you but don’t bother buying anything from scammers

I’ve played this game a lot for the past month and had no issues until recently. Twice now I’ve played their slots and returned to the main lobby only to have my coins wiped to 0.00 I’ve contacted them 3 different times and have received no response. Also when I try to make any purchase the game freezes and it takes my money and doesn’t give me the coins or the other bonus items. When you contact customer support they give you some coins and that’s it. The refuse to issue any refunds or give you the additional items you were supposed to get. Fun to play but don’t waste any money or expect customer support to do anything if your coins get wiped.

Have been playing for months and should probably delete. The algorithms in this game are set to get you hooked and then gouge you for your money - if you want to play you have to play because of how much you lose but then the more you pay the more you lose (plus prices for coins go up the more you buy). Extra coins/prizes do not reflect player level, nor are averages representative of player betting. Fun games, but just know you’ll be paying out the nose for play. So annoying. Also, customer service is nonexistent and they don’t do anything to respond to the negative aspects reported.

Normally I would just delete the app and move on, but the sheer amount of pop-ups on this game is unbelievable. I understand that you are trying to make money and you want people to buy coins, but between the pop-ups for buying coins, all of the side games that are going on, the stupid cards that you earn, and leveling up, there are times you don’t even get to see what your spin was because there were so many pop-ups. And every time you switch games you get three or four pop ups before you can select a new game. It’s too annoying.
