I’ve played euchre for at least 50 years & Ive never seen an opposing team get that many go it alone hands in a single game. This is a constant phenomenon. It just feels so rigged. It would be nice if they programmed the game so it would reflect statistically what occurs.

I have played this game for over sixty-five years, and while this version might be OK for someone learning, it lacks depth and, by my initial experience, it calls up trump too easily, thus allowing for opposing teams to “euchre” the trump-making team. Most people who have played extensively will agree that so much success is the luck of the deal, but there are little innuendos of both skill and strategy that this game misses. A game called Super Euchre, while not perfect, is better. If the developers could get feedback on games being played, they could train the programming computer to refine the moves of both teams. Also if, by the fourth trick, the hand is lost or won, and the other team has a trick so that a fifth play is pointless, the cards should be thrown in. That could have an override if the game is being used by beginners.

I love the graphics and flow. But my partner “Jerry” makes stupid plays with trump on both offense and defense. Plays the right bower to end a trick when a lower trump he held would have won it, and then loses a decisive trick to another trump when the bower would have won it. Or, on defense and in the dealer seat, failed to use his lonely 9 of trump to take the first trick, only to see it obliterated my the opponent’s next lead of right bower. This stuff happens often enough that I just can’t take this game any more. The trump making is also too aggressive. I can live with that but it does become very predictable and beatable.

This is a fun game with a lot of potential. The one thing that needs to be addressed is how the AI determines whether or not to order/call trump. There are far too many times where trump is called when the AI player calling it has a horrible hand. Also, I was taught that you can’t call trump if you don’t have that suit in your hand. Said another way, I can’t call spades if I don’t have any spades. This game allows you to call trump without that suit in your hand. This game is close to being 5 stars if you fix the first issue I’ve described.

There are multiple issue I have with this app, but I had to delete the app after my ai partner called trump with only the ace and nine. Luckily I had all the rest of the trump cards. I got all the tricks in the hand when he was the one who picked it! I’ll never know if you fix this because I will never download this app again. Except for the idiot partner and that the other team always seems to know what each other is holding, this would be a very nice game. Oh wait!...that is all there is to the game. I looked at the reviews before downloading. The same issue remain after 8 new versions?!? Sounds like you will never get it right. I gave two stars because the graphics are smoother than some other card game

I love playing Euchre, but this game needs to be fixed. Sometimes my partner will make a trump call and only have one trump card and off suit 9’s and 10’s. I’ve also euchre’d the opponents 5 times in a row to win a game. There also have been games where every hand won was a “lay down loner”. It just seems like the logic is a little off as far as which card to play when. The ads get to be a little much at times, but at least they aren’t very long. If the game play were improved I would consider paying to have the adds removed.

I’ve played this game for as long as I can remember. Never have I seen some of the idiotic moves this game has. Calls trump consistently with no jacks. Will play a top jack trump card when playing fourth instead of playing a 9 or 10. There are so many errors in this game. Clearly the makers have no true understanding of this game. Partner will order up with one trump card in their hand making your team lose constantly. The stupidity of the way it is played shocks me. This is not how true euchre is played. Very sad and needs a ton of improvement to follow the stats of a regular game.

I just cannot get over the way this game was set up. I've never seen such pathetic plays in all my euchre life. For instance, my partner will call trump with only 2 trump cards. I'll order up trump with a diamond and my partner will lead with an ace of diamonds. Really ?? The opposing team plays the same. Will call trump with only two cards and they are not necessarily high rollers. I've done a lot of head scratching with this game. My most puzzling one was when my partner called up trump and went alone with only two trump cards and those did not include the high Jack card. Wow, really, really bad plays.

This game is not worth it. The cards are not randomly dealt very well. The computer players call hands that no seasoned euchre player would ever call on. I am seldom able to call. Anytime I am dealt a decent hand, it never matches with the card to turn up. The deal almost never makes it past the card that is turned up, no matter how poor the opposing players hand is. The last game I played, the opposing team’s computer player called on queen and nine of trump. No off suit aces or anything to support.

The game is obviously rigged against you. The opponents pick up trump when they deal greater than 90% of the time, whereas I have to pass greater than 75% of the time usually due to being 4 suited with low cards. The opposing team will pick up any jack while they are dealing no matter what they have in their hand. They could have the left, nine and they will still win the hand greater than 50% of the time. When your partner goes alone, they always lead with an off suit no matter the value. On one hand my partner went alone with the right, left, ace, king, and nine of clubs. Due to rotation it was his turn to lead and he played the nine. He was trumped by both the ten and the queen. Why would the game be programmed that way especially since your opponents never lead off low or off suit, always with the right. How the cards routinely come up for the opponents is statistically impossible. Once again, terrible play.

The computer opponents continually miss play trump. They over trump their partners when they don’t have to. Example: the first partner plays the left bower and the second computer opponent plays the right when they could have sluffed. Then they lead out a looser. Example two: computer opponent leads the right bower and the opponent has the 9 and A, they play the A when it is clear the K is still in play. Why would you ever play the A when you could play the 9 even if you didn’t know the K was still in play. You would always play the lower card if your partner has clearly won the trick. I’m sure in your programming the computer is suppose to make errors but this is a little ridiculous. Over trumping the your partners left bower with the right when you don’t have to play trump at all. Please, it just taints the realism of the game

I think the developers don’t even know how to play Euchre. My partner Jeremy actually play well and understands the game. But Barbara is a complete idiot on how she is programmed and Michael isn’t far behind. Both of them name trump on anything like lone left with no aces. When you are second to last to play and it’s your partners trick with an ace, you don’t Trump it with the right Bauer. Other times it’s their partners trick that they trumped and Barbara will put Trump on it too even though she could lay off. Obviously there are different ways to play but there always things you never do and makes me think they don’t know how to play. I wanted a Euchre app to play competitive games. This isn’t it.

Would have rated this a 5 star until after play a bit when you try to get out of the advertisements and u keep pressing the x u keep constantly trying to sent me to the App Store not wasting my time anymore sad cause your set up is good need some change. Again I’ve tried them all I’m not paying for no ads YOU don’t need a ad after every hand how stupid but if people want to pay so b it not me don’t have that kind of money so sad the greed in this country. You don’t need a ad after every hand REALLY Greedy need the money get a real job !!!!!!!!!!!

It is horrible. My partner gets many great hands and can go it alone often while I rarely get good hands. It is so frustrating that I often lose on purpise as it ticks me off that I can’t get good cards to play. It needs to be more faitly distributed. I don’t get any joy from winning because my partner gets good hands. I slso hate thst my partner always leads trump abd ruins my hand as a result. It is very poorly designed. The level of understanfing hiw to play a hand properly is totally lacking. I wish someone would design the game as it should be bid and played.
