It’s a really fun game, Better than most i have played. Only down fall is when you are playing with friends and when you try to text someone back it kicks you out of the game you was playing and i don’t think that’s fair. i feel like it should do what it does when you are playing offline where you can exit out of the game and come back to it or even at least text someone back without it kicking you out! other than that it’s a really good game!

This game is a pretty good replacement for the official Phase 10. I just wish we had the ability to change the number of players for online games because the game can move quite slow. When playing the bots they aren’t nearly as capable as real people and it’s very obvious. I also wish there was an option to play a continuous game at your leisure with real opponents ie. I take my turn and then get a notification when my opponent has taken their turn. This used to be the way the official skip-bo app was played and it was fun because you could pop in and out to take your turn and weren’t cuffed to the game for an extended amount of time. There is a chat option with online play but it’s pretty useless. The only options are for canned generic responses so you can’t get to know the people behind the cards and in general it’s unfortunately a wasted feature. You’re playing a game for 30-45 minutes with no ability to actually talk with the people you’re playing. I highly recommend the creators upgrade this feature. There aren’t many ads interrupting play and there’s no annoying gimmicks to con you into spending your real world money. Either way I will continue to use this app. It doesn’t wow but it also doesn’t disappoint.

So few facts. First, the only object is to get through phase 10 before everyone else. Second, There is no bonus for being the one to go out. With that in mind... Investors a player has put down their own phase, the objective is to end the current deal as quickly as possible so other players do not get the chance to complete theirs. the logical move would be to place a skip on a player who has not completed their phase. The computer player ALWAYS place a skip on other players who have completed their current phase, thus extending the hand. You could also switch it so that when all players complete their phase you just move on rather than wait for someone to go out.

I’ve only been playing for a few days and I already have 10 million coins. I wish there was a way to spend these. Maybe on more avatars or chat packs just SOMETHING. There’s no point for coins, so you shouldn’t even need to do a bet. Also no one gets everyone’s bet, only the bet you place yourself. And don’t even get me started on the fact you can only bet 100 coins at a time. It takes me an hour just holding the add more coins button when I’m betting to get to my 200k-300k I wana bet. Why do I bet so high when I just said coins are pointless? Because it’s a rush when you know a lot of coins are on the line. I just wish I could actually spend them. Besides that.. great game.

This is almost EXACTLY phase 10, only difference is there is no point value to cards in hand when a player goes out (in offline play at least). If you like to play offline like I do, be ready to hate the AI on this game, with 3 AI I can discard a card, and there is a chance (I’ve seen this too many times) that each AI will pick up that card and discard it until it gets back to you. With no point value the importance switches to not allowing others to lay down their phase, even if that means helping another player to go out before you, but the AI will skip someone who is down well before they skip the person on the lead phase whom is not down. The AI seems absolutely stupid until you only need 1 card to finish your phase, then they are down and out quickly. the AI will help each go out by discarding cards that work for down phases to an AI (or at rare times the player) whom is down. Finally if you have more than 1 wild the AI will complete their phase and go out fast as if it is sacrilegious or an act of a heretic against their ungodly religion.

I love this game in general. Better than the actual Phase 10 app. But with that being said my review has similar complaints to the other reviews. The computer players ARE HORRIBLE in so many ways. They can’t play strategically like people can so they constantly throw the game (usually helping the player after them). I know it’s impossible to make their gameplay as good as humans but some issues are fixable such as the issue with them phasing and then skipping other players who have also phased and giving cards to the next player that they already have played on the board and picking up a card from the discarded deck that they don’t even need and putting it right back down. If somebody disconnects just black the person out don’t replace with an AI it just ruins the game. Other complaints are Nothing to spend coins on. No way to type in the chat. Game invite option to in-app followers doesn’t actually work. Haven’t been able to play again with players I’ve followed. That’s it for now. But AI players appear to be everyone’s BIGGEST COMPLAINT, please fix!!!

The game is fine and fun and all but there are a couple of things that bug me about the online game portion. 1. When you get a phone call or if you get a text message and you check it or talk on the phone and you end up getting timed out I think the developer should put you bet money back and not keep it. This is a phone app and so you’re going to get phone calls and what not. I’ve lost so many coins behind that. Which brings me to 2. If your internet is acting up (which it will and it does all the time) we should have the option of getting back in our game. AI can play while we try to re-connect. Anyways other than that it plays a lot like phase 10 with the twist of being able to skip anyone which brings me to 3. There should be a limit on how many times one person should be able to skip the SAME person. Like every time this one guy could skip he ONLY skipped me non of the other players even when I was behind unfair.

It can be fun, but is also be quite frustrating when playing against the computer. There is no score kept on what is leftover in your hand if a player goes out. Also, while the computer player is quick to pick up a card that plays if they’ve laid down, the computer player also pays no mind to what has been laid down by other players, so often will discard a card another player has already laid down. This then allows another computer player to pick up said card and play it. Also I’ve noticed that often the computer will pick up a discarded card, only to turn around and immediately discard the same card back to the pile. This occurs regularly, but I’ve noticed that when it’s a card you need, all of a sudden the computer will draw from the deck.

Love that you’re able to play through all the phases vs the other phase 10 game I played before. However, I wish that there was different modes that switches up the phases instead of having to go through the same order each game. Another BIG con is that there is no use of coins. You earn coins and bet coins but you have nothing to spend it on. If that’s the case, why keep the coin concept at all? Really wish you can spend the coins on new avatars, card skins, or chat packages. Another con is that you’re mostly playing against beginning level computers online. I’ve seen a repeat of bots continuously pick up the discarded card, just to drop it right down again throughout the whole game. They need to make a setting that allows you to go against harder bots. I love phase 10, so I hope this helps better this game.

It could be a fun game. I agree with all the comments that have been mad, but it doesn’t appear anyone is listening. I don’t like playing with the Al’s on the computer because they play stupid. I like playing online with real people, but they always leave the game! Usually after just a few phases. Please finish the game if you start it! When they leave you get the Al’s which are the worst so you just as well not play on line. Once someone leaves everyone follows. Maybe if there was an online option to have less than 4 players it would work better. The game would go faster, and we might could handle 1 Al doing stupid things! Most of all if anyone knows a a similar, fun phase 10 game please share because I would change immediately. I don’t see much improvement for this version.

I really like the game, but you don’t have a chance to lose coins when you bet them, so you can bet all of your coins to get the most profit. But, as you get more money, it becomes more tedious to reach your maximum bet. I reached 3.73 million coins, and to get to bet 2 million, it took 40 minutes, because your bet only goes up by 100 coins each time. I really wish there was a faster way to bet, or make it so that there is a risk to lose coins, so people won’t bet as much. But even when you get coins, there is nothing to spend them on. No skins, power ups, nothing. An idea is that you could have arenas, where there are different stakes at each. I would also like an option for a shorter game, so each game doesn’t take 30 minutes, but is more like 10-15 minutes.

I do enjoy the game since I play Phase 10 a lot in real life. It’s nice to be able to play while on lockdown. I have three main issues with the game. 1) the AI is underdeveloped. It doesn’t ‘read’ the board and will frequently discard things another player can pick up and go out. No human player would do that. 2) Glitchy!!!! It freezes or otherwise won’t let me complete a hand and I can’t figure out why. 3) the hands you are dealt are very artificial. Whatever algorithm they are using needs to be updated. You get 0 or 3 wild cards. You get to lay down immediately or not at all. Does not feel organic at all. That being said I’ll play it to pass time but once quarantine is over I don’t see myself playing unless these things get better.

I grew up playing this card game and have been looking for a great phase 10 app. This one is “ok”. Like the previous reviewer said there is some redundancy. You can’t skip someone multiple times. You also don’t play with points. I’d prefer the option to play with points. Also if everyone completes the phase they are on there is no incentive to go out. An incentive could be that the person who goes out gets to start the next hand? I have managed to get 7 friends to download it, but I’m a little disappointed. It kicks people out of the game if they go out of the screen to check their phone or if they go in and out of wifi and the game replaces them with a computer player. They don’t even have the option to come back in. Also, the computer player either picks up a card and discards the same card or discards a card that plays. -improve not kicking people out -option to play with points -make computer more competitive -allow to play with more than 4 people -incentive on “going out” if everyone completes their phase? -allow skipping more than once This app is on the right track just needs some updates and bug fixes.

The timeout should be faster. I played a game today that took forever. The guy playing the hand before me used up every last second he could the entire game. Either was AFK or just trying to make everyone mad. If you're AFK after at least 2 hands you should be booted... Also when playing online if someone leaves and the AI take over, they do everything in their power to help the next player after them. I was 2-3 phases ahead of everyone the entire game and as soon as the AI took over a spot, it gave every single card the next player needed to win. She needed yellow, guess what, the AI only dropped yellow.... Plus what's the point of the chat if no one can see it and you can't see other people's chat. Does it even work?? I miss the other phase ten, it felt alive. They lost the rights to the game and shut down. This feels like a Chinese knockoff that we're stuck with. If you like phase ten, look elsewhere. This feels and looks like early iPhone 3G games.
