I posted a review here a few months ago about the app being buggy and glitchy. I was contacted shortly thereafter by the developers and there was a promise to improve this. I’m happy to say they not only improved the experience and quality of the app overall, but they even credited me some tokens for my troubles and even consulted with me on ideas for future updates and improvements. I’ve really enjoyed the app lately, and now play everyday. I also must compliment these guys on the improved prizes as well. And the shipping times, although understandably unpredictable due to the recent holiday season, have been much better as well. I just got 3 prizes today and appreciate their dedication to getting these prizes to their audience as quickly as possible. Anyway, I highly recommend this app and anyone who wants a fun, smooth experience with the potential for awesome prizes should download this immediately 🔥

Everyone should know this game is awesome! They have helped me every time the machine had trouble. Answered back on every request for help in a timely manner. Credited me every time no questions asked or waiting. Love love love. Cool prizes, not expensive, kids love it. I tend to keep every prize so my kids can give the extras to teachers, family and friends. We all need something to make us smile. Thank you for updating app with ads for the 5 coins!! That was an amazing gesture on winner winners part. Your users appreciate it! Thank you so much for my sailor moon keychain too! Also, I grabbed three unicorn keychains at once. I emailed them the video link and asked, “ do I get to keep all three??” They responded within 5 minutes telling me,”congratulations, they’re all yours. We’ll add the two keychains to your winnings list.” I was very very happy and surprised when they responded with a yes bc no other app has let me keep more than one prize before. Awesome!!!! This is perhaps the best online claw game I’ve ever come across. I’ve used this app for the past few months, and it’s steadily becoming an obsession. Firstly, the response time is excellent with support replying usually in less than a day and with complete satisfaction (once I had lost some tokens and support not only replaced those I’d lost, but gave some extra as well). Additionally, the controls are very user-friendly with two camera angles that really help when using one of the machines. And while some of the machines do have pay out rates, some are based upon sheer skill and can be easily won with some careful observation. Also, the app supplies daily free tokens, which I think is quite a nice touch to an already excellent app. I would absolutely recommend for any claw machine fanatic.

I love playing this game and passing the time with it, and so does my son we have a blast it’s just like real claw machine and also just as frustrating when you lose!!! Lol... More importantly I had an issue with one of my prizes not showing up. So I reached out and emailed through there help line and explained what happened and what was going on. Now I’ve dealt with a lot of very frustrating useless unsolvable customer service people many time but there customer service I must say is like the unicorn of the customer service field they are above and beyond helpful to make sure I got everything fixed and squared away and were extremely kind to all my annoyances to them. I fully give this app there services five stars!

Fun game to play and check in daily. The real life claw machine is super cool! You get tokens daily for logging in, bonus tokens for achievements, and even random tokens! They also run a lot of promos. It’s great for those who want to pay and those who don’t. I’ve only bought one pack of tokens and just collect my daily tokens to earn up for prizes I want to try for. I’ve already won 3 prizes since signing up in end of December. Shipping takes some time, but they let you know that before ordering. Customer service is also great and quick to respond! If you ever have an issue with a machine just email them and they will fix it! I had an issue with a machine and they refunded me my tokens almost instantly.

I like this game a lot. They offer a wide selection of prizes. You have to be strategic when your picking which games to participate in. I have won 20 times. You can keep your prize or swap it for tickets and the more tickets you save up the better the prize. Tbh, I don’t mind the wait for receiving the prize. I usually get prizes within 2-6 weeks. I rated it four stars just because the cameras aren’t exactly at the best angles to view the crane, they’re some minor glitches to the camera and crane, and some of the games, IMO, you only win by luck. I also wish there were more game options instead of the same game for multiple prizes. Now, some machines your not gonna win by playing one time. You’ll have to spend a good amount of your tokens to win the more expensive prizes because they are med/difficult games. The great thing is they give you tokens everyday for signing in, discounts on purchases, and refund your tokens for glitchy games. If you like claw machines, you should definitely try this game out!

This app is extremely fun and I love how it’s actually POSSIBLE to earn coins unlike another game of this kind, who’s name I will not name😂 I’ve won one prize so far and shipped it out still waiting for its arrival but I understand that it could take awhile so I’m not in a huge hurry. I hope that it does arrive eventually though haha. There are two bugs within the app I need to report though. One is that the hourglass timer feature is always on zero. Even if there are a ton of people in line. Also the “watch last win” button won’t work. I’ve pressed it a thousand times and it won’t do anything. Additionally, I would love if there was a way to sort prizes by the amount of people playing at that time, so that I can choose a less busy machine to play, or hang out at a busy one to watch people play to pass time. Other than these things, awesome app! Looking forward to getting my prize and winning many more! Bravo, developers!

So it takes a while for u to get ur prizes so thats the only reason im giving it 4 stars. It took about 2 weeks to get a prize and it wasnt eventhe first prize i won it was like the 5th and i still haven't received the first prize I won .This is the first online claw app ive used so when i tried to play the other clawee/on line claw machine apps i realized that this is a way better app. This app is not as glitchy as the others and the delay doesn't take more than 1/4 of a second for the claw to respond. They dont have as many machines and prizes as the others but the price per play is fair the pay out is fair and the different types of claw games are awesome. I got bored of trying to pick up the same old blue hair ball for every game in the other app and the price per play on the other online app is to high. They are still improving the app so if they get the shipping of prizes sped up il come give this 5 stars. So bottom line fun machines at a good price.

Can’t say that I would recommend the game. Timer considerably short considering the lag that is in the game. By the time one actually gets the claw in vicinity time runs out. Way better apps out there with less bugs and lag. Would not recommend on basis of other apps with better prizes and even higher chances of winning and not to mention less bugs or lags. Update: After discussion with the support team. I was given another chance to try the app after bug fixes. Gameplay has greatly improved and is now much fair in gameplay and lag is no longer a issue. Quality app support.

It’s a good app and all but it’s a scam, the prices are way to expensive considering I could just go the almost any store and pay less, yes there is a less chance of winning them, but that leads to my next point. This app is cool because from what I’ve seen the machines aren’t rigged unlike ones you would see at your local grocery store, but to actually get good prizes you have to pay even more then you already do just to play one in general. Third, most of the machines don’t even have the product that’s advertised, I was watching someone play for a “Mystery Pokémon Pop It” but then I realized that the prizes were just eggs, so then when the next person decided to go I went to another machine that I remembered to have eggs in it, and to my surprise the claws were continuing the exact same motion as the machine I viewed before. Therefore showing that you could either get something for cheaper or just not know what you’re getting at all, which isn’t something most people like, and there are other claws that do this on here such as multiple different ones where all you can win is a stress soccer ball, now I don’t know if this has to do with them just running out of stock or what, but from what how much money it looks like they are earning from this app, there shouldn’t be that many with different prizes.

It’s pretty fun but I hate how there’s a time and yester day I bought tokens and it did not give me anything I think it’s a glitch but today I spent the rest of my tokens to get a pc m d Mouse because I need a new one so first Idk but it’s a skull 2nd there is only like 2 of them so but I won it and it did not say I did I saw it go in so I rated 3 because a lot of bugs and I don’t know if you get prizes I would say when you first join pick something you really want because you only get 1 free thing unless it takes days because I went for a cat plush first then when I get it it says it’s a keychain and bruh so I just make it 400 tickets that was not worth it I mean I coulda got something for gaming if you know me then you know I like gaming soo that’s a tip make shure you read and want it or else because I’m so stupid and this game might have a lot of bugs creator please fix

If you are playing for free, this is a fun App. If you are playing with real money, prepare to lose a lot. The games with substantial prizes are nearly impossible to win as the claws don’t hold the items long enough to get them to the drop area. There is not nearly enough tension to pick up some of the boxes for more than a second or so. Also, when you exchange a prize for tickets, the exchange rate is substantially less than what you can purchase the item for in the ticket store. One example is I won an item and exchanged it for about 20,000 tickets. When I looked at the item in the store, it cost 49,000!!! I contacted support to see if I could reverse my decision and they stated I could not, but they will let you change your mind and take tickets instead for as long as you want. I see no reason for a 29,000 ticket difference for an item and then not allowing someone to change their mind. Essentially, if you hit the wrong button, which is easy to do in the App, you are stuck if it didn’t work out in your favor. Support is very responsive but the setup of this App itself is just not fair to the users playing with real money. I would suggest to stay away unless you are coming to play for free and win small toys.

I have spent over $500+ on this app and will never play it again. I overlooked a lot of its flaws since I found it fun but recently I have been completely disappointed in how they are run. They replied to me before saying they do not have payout rates when they clearly do. You cannot explain why the claw drops the prize and doesn’t even close and not say that’s a payout rate? Okay if it’s always at that strength, then good luck trying to win since you’ll never get a grip no matter how well you center the claw around the prize. If you happen to play this game, do not play the game where you pick up balls out of a whole. It is close to impossible to win without spending a lot of money. Plus if you get close to winning, half the time there is an error and says the game isn’t active and kicks you off and let’s the person in the queue go. Also if you run out of coins when it’s your play, you’re screwed. If someone is in line behind you, no point in playing again. Toreba let’s you refill while it’s your turn, Winner Winner doesn’t. So You have to go all the way to the token store to purchase and next thing you know, someone won your prize. The only good thing about this app is their customer service, that’s what kept me around so long, but now after my latest experiences I’m taking my money elsewhere to play claw machine games online.

Thought it would be a fun time-killer. Terrible. Only gave you one free game, then you have to pay for every play. At least three times I was able to grab the item then at the last minute before reaching the chute the claw would jerk out of nowhere and throw it back into the bin. I refuse to spend more than $10 on a stupid phone game where the prizes offered aren’t worth more than that. Also, I won a little plush purse during the “free” games that was cute, but not necessarily something I really wanted, so it gave you a chance to “trade” or “swap” for tickets to get something better, except they don’t tell you the amount of tickets you need beforehand to buy any of the other items. Meaning to actually get something worthwhile you need like 20,000 tickets but the plush was only worth a couple hundred. If I had realized this, I would have just cashed in the plush. Total scam game. Deleted the app before I came to write this review.
