The letters don’t drop or show up , neither the blanks are opening. This is the second time it’s happening. Now not even the picture puzzle opens with the letters and blanks. Otherwise a great game. I’m at level 711

This game is very soothing and happy. It calms you more than frustrating you, unlike some games. One of the best games I’ve ever played and would recommend it to anyone. 🥰 Great job with it!❤️

I has the same issue as the previous reviewer. After level 286 the game was not Playable . Very disappointing.

What a perfect word game! Interesting clues and words are selected so I had hours of fun. The Level design is so exciting 👌😍

It was great while it lasted. First the photo game wouldn’t load and the game froze. I had to exit and restart. This lasted a few days now it’s happening in the regular game as well. I have been trying for 4 days and nothing is working. I was up to level 650. It’s too much of an annoyance at this point. What fun is it if you can’t play?! Deleting.

Game is good I was addicted until it froze on me on level 565 and been froze for 4 months now..is there anyway way y’all can fix it or give me a number to customer service lol..I really don’t want to end up deleting the app..I want to play!

It’s a great time satisfying mine exercise game, and her comes the BUTS, 1. It’s full of miss spelled words 2. It has over 2000 games, but they are on repeat, after playing about 100 games they start repeating themselves, they just change the title. 3. The author does not understand words that rhyme, beer and liquor does not rhyme 4. The author is not from the US, please sharpen your knowledge on foreign sports and Geographic's, like soccer player names and foreign capitals 5. Picture game is small and lot of times it’s just wild guessing as they are foreign symbols 6. 7 times out of 10 games, they stack the letters to high in the center that it covers your spelling and you can’t see your word. 7. For every 100 games you get a new skin, all are cute, but some are to dark and you can’t see your word count or how many words your needing, I just changed back to one that is brighter. 8. The set up for help is at the lower right, 100 first letter idea on board, 75 first letter on hidden word top, 50 for shuffle letters, however I have hit these on accident over 100 times because they should be at the top of the game board, they are way to close to your working fingers and you loose points. All in all, I am only giving this game 3 stars because of the spelling errors and repeats, I will probably finish the game out.

I have to say I love(ed) playing this game. But for some reason on certain levels, the game will freeze and there is NO way to get around it without un-installing the app and re-installing it again. I’ve had to do this three times and although I lost approx 5,000 coins in total it still knew what level I was on and I was able to play through. I even paid to remove the ads, I liked the game so much. But tonight is the 4th time it has locked up. Force closing doesn’t work, rebooting the phone doesn’t work. The form to submit a trouble issue on the developer’s website doesn’t function properly so they probably don’t know. And, I tried my usual reinstallation and today it forgot that I had already gone through 1,475 levels and I’m back on level 1. I’m done. Uninstalling now

Love the game, played up to about 1250 and game stop loading, there was a tiny E in the bottom left-hand corner. Deleted app started over, now I’m up to 1650 and it has stopped again. On the photo game there’s a tiny P in the left-hand corner and trying to load the regular game there’s a tiny V in the left-hand corner. This is a bunch of bull, please fix

This is a great game and I have played it a lot during the Covid virus. However, once you get above level 500 there are many glitches ie game either not loading or loading a few tiny tiles.

Up past level 800. It is glitchy. Agree with some other critiques about repeats of puzzles and seeming lack of the English language by puzzle maker. That being said, I’ve enjoyed it enough to play past level 800.

The screens don't load properly. You have to go back several levels and do them again to get the one that didn't load to finally load. Also, the photo game doesn't load at all and haven't figured out how to fix that. Already deleted app, lost all in doing so. Reloaded and it worked for a couple days but then the photo stops working again. The game could be really good with 5 stars but too many features are broke.

Do not download this app. After you get t to a certain level, the app will freeze and you will not be able to go any further. I’ve paid money for coins that I was unable to use because I deleted/re-installed the app thinking that would resolve the issue to no avail. Very frustrating that the developer is able to take the money and not resolve this issue that has been reported numerous times.

I have been loving playing the game but when it did a recent update it has stopped working. It is like it’s frozen and won’t load the game on! I’ve done everything I know to do to get it functioning but it’s not working! I would hate to delete it and have to start over because I have accumulated a lot of points and have moved up higher!
