I enjoy playing this game but it blacks out constantly, especially when you start winning big. As if that wasn’t enough, when you log back in, it takes your previous winnings!!! I’d like to keep playing but if this problem is not fixed, I will delete this game!!! Also, you can’t bet what you want, only what it allows. After writing the above review, the problem was fixed!!! I have enjoyed your games over the last months and had built up over 5,500,000,000 points but my game put me at 25,000 points this afternoon! Can this be fixed? I think this is one of the best Casino Apps, up until a couple of days ago anyway. I was playing game and what watching a video for a turbo boost and as soon as the video was over my app reset somehow and took away about half of my winnings. I was at a bit over 350 some odd billion $$ and it reset to 245 and some odd $ and took away three machines that I had unlocked. I want it back please! I sent an email and have had NO response.

I am having problems with your offers and ads. several times I lost my second spin after watching the short video and lost offers because the ad goes to black screen. I have to log out then log back in and by then the offer is gone. I just recently found your app and would like to continue playing. I hope you can resolve this problem.

On your last update I win games and then during the win spins I win some more games and when their finished it erases the rest of my other games. This did not happen before and my proof was I won 25 games then won 7 after about 3 or 4 games and when I was done with 7 the rest of 21 games were gone. Lots of fun and they don’t bug you constantly to watch videos. Best of the ones I’ve tried lately. One thing you need to change is the constant flags that keep telling you about other players jackpots. It’s irritating and it blocks your vision of the board. Add an option to turn flags off because it may cause me and others to quit playing.

Graphics, bonuses, options are all great. I really enjoy the game. Almost all of the special chip chances are won but then you have to watch a video. At least 80% of these transitions fail and you get dropped to the desktop or once in a while everything locks up or stops on a blank screen. When these fails happen, you lose the bonus and have to restart the game. On the games that have a bonus chest that you tap to win, it sometimes pays off right away but most of the time you have to watch a video. For me, I don’t even try to watch because it rarely works. PLEASE FIX THIS VIDEO BUG? I thought it might be related to storage space of memory but I’ve tried dumping everything non essential and it never changed.

Love the rhino game, however when a treasure chest appears I get a chance at gaining additional coins by watching a video. If I select to watch, the video runs but gives no additional coins and I am not awarded the treasure chest coins. If I select not to watch the video I don't get the chest coins anyway and the game reverts to its home page and I have to reboot the game. If If I request Support by pressing that selection, nothing happens. Please fix this game as it could be very enjoyable if these problems were addressed and corrected.
