So I like the game cause it used different strategy uses unlike more popular games I get ads for. You don’t have to pay for anything which is awesome because most other games require like a $5 USD just to remove ads and it’s ridiculous so I enjoy this game because I was just getting into popular anime’s and it peaked interest, so I downloaded this game thinking Aw well another distraction but I found it’s not as addictive as other games and you get the enjoyment of strategy without all the bull behind it. It’s all in how you build your team and with that said there is a chance of getting a 6 star character which might even be worse than a 3 star. So it’s all in how you place operators or even use them on your team. My favorite is Lappland she is a melee operator that also does aired attacks which means I have potential of adding another strong defender instead of 2 ranged. I will say once you figure out the game you’ll want to restart your progress just so you could have a better chance of getting better early than later(which is what I did). I will have to credit it to a Youtuber named Tectone he helped me understand the game so much better. So please download and have some fun, ps hope you get the chance to have a good 6 star so Good Luck.

This game was so good until...........

So I was a good player I had quite a ton of time spent in this game also I was in a guest account out of no where I just wanted to see what was account management was and when I tapped it in the login page I thought it was so you could bind accounts but no it was for a new account and I didn’t even bind my guest account so when I got the new account I played a little bit and then I went into the login page again went into account management and went into guest but I noticed that when I logged in it, it was the starting level and then I noticed that I lost all the progress and I even went and contacted arknights, I went into there discord I even got a call but it didn’t work and I thought again that I am not gonna commit anymore time into this game if they can get my account back then I can have a change in words but for now I literally was not able to play the urus event I didn't even know that ruined the game so much but maybe it was my fault if I am able to get my account back I will change it to a 4 star or 5 star and I’ll be happy And just like I said I got it back I'm so happy and thank the staff -Sirius- for helping me I will try not to make a dumb mistake like that again

This game is a RP/Tower Defense masterpiece

I’ve been playing Arknights since mid April, and let me tell ya, never before have I enjoyed playing a mobile game in my life as much as I have with Arknights. The game has a very innovative and compelling story, a story about opression, resentment, rebellion, hope, ect. I’d have to say that the story that this game has to offer is potential anime material. Next on the list is gameplay. The gameplay is amazing, and most (sorry Flamebringer) of the operators in this game are well balanced and easy to use in game. The diversity in enemies in the game also keeps levels interesting and fun to play, especial in limited time events. Another aspect of this game that makes it so fun to play is the side gameplay as well, being able to use support units form friends, operating a base, designing fun and unique dorms for your operators to chill in. Even the intractable chibi forms of your operators in your base are fun as well. This game is also very F2P friendly. I haven’t spent a single dime on this game, and I have four 6 star operators that I earned with my blood and sweat, no tears required. Arknights is a true masterpiece of a role playing and tower defense game, I cant wait to see how far this game goes, and how much better it gets

    Great

The game is great, with an engrossing storyline. A storyline which somewhat correlates with real life events in a different manner. A F2P friendly game. The Gacha is decent. If you did not receive a 6* operator it compensates with a 5* operator from corresponding banner or any decent 5* operator. Do note that rarity does not often matter. Its their placement and capabilities that matter. Resource management is must for improving base facilities to promoting and levelling up your operators. The customer service is very entertaining and can answer your various queries in the in game customer service section. My only request is to have a >2X speed for games rather than at 2x speed. I noticed that on factory, upon obtaining some items (I.e.: EXP records and gold) the queue is often refilled to 99 when I only ordered 30 pieces of each item. Is this a bug or some thing else? That tends to cause fatigue to my assigned operators on the factory. Also on the trade post, when I tap it just to check the morale of my Ops in that post, the orders are collected. I dont want to collect them though. I want to accumulate them first and until they are full and collect them later on.

    Really F2P friendly

This game is pretty F2P friendly. The fact that this is completely PVE makes it so that you don’t need to compete vs other players therefore P2W is ridiculous and just ruining your fun and enjoyment of this game by making the content easier. 3* in this game can literally carry you through most of the content. I still use Kroos, Melantha and Ansel on my team and I’m lvl 60. Also the fact that 3* cost only 10k LMD to E1 is incredibly cheap which can sky rocket your progress. At the start of the game you get a free 6* and 5* from pulling the starter banner while getting another free 5* in amiya who is a great single target caster. Not only that, there’s two safety nets in the game. First one is recruitment where you can spend pocket change amount of materials for operators with some control of what type of operator you’ll want. Second is how after 50 rolls, the chances of a 6* go up by 2% every time you don’t roll one. Basically you get a guaranteed 6* at 100 rolls if you have the worst possible luck. (A 6* you don’t even need to clear the content btw). The gacha chances may not be as good as Azur Lane but Arknights is clearly very F2P friendly.

One of my favorite games :)

I’ve played a couple mobages before, but Arknights is my favorite out of all of them. It’s got great aesthetics: the character design and music are fantastic, and there’s a lot of thought put into both the worldbuilding and the story behind each character (especially for a game that constantly pushes out new characters). The gameplay is also really fun (for me, at least). Tower defense is definitely a more niche style of gameplay, but I enjoy the strategic variety that it promotes. There’s also the fact that Arknights lets you grind without having to be 100% focused on the game: this is one of the best features, in my opinion. I’ve burnt myself out on grinding on other games many times before, but thanks to the auto-deploy feature in Arknights, I’ve been able to maintain interest and play consistently for the entire year the game’s been out. The gacha system is also fairly generous. Since it’s a tower-defense game, Arknights emphasizes team composition rather than maxing out individual units, which means it can be a lot nicer with its gacha rates. I’m an entirely F2P player (aka I’ve spent no money on the game whatsoever), and in a year of (active) playing, I’ve gotten 10+ six star units and 20+ five stars, many of whom I wanted to roll. Arknights does have its issues (story critiques and a lot of CN to ENG translation errors), but overall, it’s a really well-done game. The amount of care its devs put into it definitely shows through.

Been playing for over a month

The experience has been pretty good, it’s not as time consuming and you can auto stages for grinding, so you can definitely dibble in other games at the same time as well. The drop rate of the gatcha machanic is pretty good even for players who doesn’t spend money, where after 50 pulls the rare you get a 6star will increase 2% with each pull until you get one. I’ve just gotten my 5th 6 star saris at level 58 today after a single 10 pull on the saria&ifrit banner. On the last banner of penguin girl Magellan I got silverash on my second 10 pull, and on the Hoshiguma banner I got her after my 3rd single pull. The character design is great and the Japanese voice actors as well. Overall a very player-friendly game that would be worth your free time. Don’t recommend spending too much though, you can still clear the same stages and have just as good of a experience (but not better) without spending any money.

    Good storyline and lasting playability

Been playing this for a long while now and it’s still interesting, fun and I still have challenges left to conquer. This is not a game you will finish in a afternoon or even a month, but it does have steady progression and great storylines, beautiful graphics and the tower defenses are unique enough that you will not just get a set team and be able to roll over everything, you will have to think, and maybe run a practice run or two. Farming is made easier by a auto system... but be aware that unless you have absolutely nailed the board the randomness of the rolls may lead a enemy to survive and break the auto. They have a way to take back over to fine tune so pay attention. The only thing I would like to see is a better way to chat with friends. Supposedly there is a board, but you need to get off the game to use that, there is no in game chat so harder to get advice, I normally head to tube if I get stuck.

Probably one of the most f2p friendly gacha

I’ve tried out so many mobile games and honestly, this is the only one where I’ve invested so much of my time in. This game’s graphics are really nice (especially the story scenes), the music is amazing, and the characters are all pretty interesting. The rates for the rarest units is pretty generous, and the lower rarity units are all good too. The game’s pretty grinds, but it’s not too bad compared to other games, and after 1 year of being released (on the CN server), it hasn’t become greedy unlike some other games (looking at FEH). There are constant events, so there’s not much of a content drought (if there is it’s only a week). The only complaint I have is the translation. Some of the operators look very underwhelming because of word choice, and others look horrible when they’re decent. The other are the weird ads, but that’s a thing for almost all mobile games. Other than that, I’d really recommend this game!

Great game and would love to give recommendations

I am a returning player to this grand time of a game. The game is over all perfect with a great story line and even greater characters with a vast plot, even the combat scenarios makes you think outside the box. Now the reason I’m still giving this game is because I don’t see anything wrong with it, it’s a great game, but I believe there is some room for improvement, for one, a server chat or guild that can be made between players, and what I believe to be most important, a function in combat to raid missions, aka if you have the mission already set with 3 stars that you get the option to instead of waiting, to be able to skip through it, I would like these recommendations to be taken into consideration so it can help the game and even bring back old players who might have left the game, have a good time and keep up the great work!

Great game with just a few frustrating things

I've been hearing about Arknights's Chinese version for a while and finally get to play it in the NA store. Great game design. Strategy matters the most in tower defense game and this game does a good job designing each level. Very challenging and fun to play. Characters have rich stories and personalities that I enjoy reading about. However there are a few things that gives me frustration. One being the auto deploy function still needs to play through the entire fight. If not possible to skip the fight entirely with auto deploy, can we at least make the play speed 4x rather than 2x? And having an option to continuously auto deploy until sanity runs out would be nice too. Another thing is that I wish there could be a option to change to other languages that has already been supported like Chinese or Japanese. I'm sure there are people like me that can only play NA store games but prefer another display language if available. The English translation is nice but I still find dialogues missing cultural reference sometimes.

Love this game but .... Ads?

First off I just gotta say I love the style and feel of this game, being a cooler tower defense game (akin to Defense Witches) you’ll be gatcha’ing your semi waifu’s and characters to defend your zone from baddies of every size and shape and with some pretty cool style, abilities and level grinding, other than that there’s the here and there you of rare operators and the story is.... uhh a good(?) story? I’ma just leave it at that other than that it’s pretty fun..... but, let’s talk for a second now the strange ads didn’t bring me to download this game, they are however garnering some attention for being vague and hyper-enthusiastic.... it’s like a commercial about nothing to be honest..... the few I’ve seen say nothing about game play or what the game actually is which I guess is fine but as a player of the game and thinking of other new players who’s probably first contact/impression of the game is this ad then.... idk it just feels hollow and gimmicky... just just my 2 cents.... I dunno I didn’t go to “ads / commercial collage how to get people interested in your game”

Pls Prioritize Fixing found Bugs and Issues

To the arknights operations teamo or whoever is listening, I srsly Love ur game, from the art style, gameplay, and the characters/lore, so as many others in both the CN and Global servers. There shouldnt be any issue making sure the game runs smoother before adding more content that may ruin ur player bases’ fun and decision making. This is more apparent on those who spent money on units that later realize the units doesn’t do what was described in his/her posted information. Potentially wasting plenty of hard earned resources. Pls fix all translation errors asap and other bugs on all servers so everyone’s progression continues smoothly leading overall better gaming experience. Keep us behind global players behind content ofc while not compromising the game’s integrity. Regardless pls continue the hard work and I hope to see some quality of life changes especially for the people who invested into ur game. Thank u:3

Desperately needs more content and quality of life features

Love arknights but it should really take a page or two from games like epic 7 that give players a lot of options of what they’d like to play. Currently with AK I grind out my energy in less than 5 minutes every day and I’m done. That’s not fun. What’s the point of getting all these cool characters I like if I’ve been playing the same content for the past year and a half? Beyond this, the UI/menus reeeally need to be sped up. Why do I need to watch every operator introduce themselves every time I recruit them? I know who they are. Why can’t I skip that? Why isn’t there a claim all button on daily and weekly rewards? The clue search in the base is so mind numbingly boring, buggy, and time consuming that I’ve completely stopped touching it. I’ve just left it for months and my sanity has thanked me. Please just work to make this game faster and fun. When designing the menu flow especially, I feel like you’re not asking yourselves if something is fun first.
