    Oh yes.

Being me, I’m normally very picky on games. However, this one was amazing. Pros: The graphics are on point and the pacing is great. I love all the different characters to choose from. The best part is they’re all 200 coins! I love how whenever you finish a level, your other characters will throw you in the air. Cons: Sometimes I get stuck in between things with one stick. Whenever I click on the +30 coins thingie it freezes my screen. That’s it for cons. Maybe something you could fix are the ads. Now I’m not saying “Oh I don’t want there to be ads.” There’s clearly a thing to fix that. I’m saying that the more I mess up and fail, the more closer I get to another ad. And there’s always like specific ads that keep coming up. Otherwise, I am completely obsessed and addicted to this game. I’ve only had it for a day and I’m already on level 50. Thanks for reading. Update: Every day I pull up this game hoping to do the next daily challenge. However, whenever I go on there, you can never do them because the video is always loading. I mean, I did the first few of them, but then it went off-track and I’m missing about six days. Please fix that-they look sooooo fun but I can never do them due to the ads.

    A Breath of Fresh Air

This game takes me back to the days where games were made to appease the player, not the developers. This game is thoroughly fleshed out in characters, gameplay, levels, challenges, and so much more. The ads for this game aren’t scummy and hastily thrown together like most you see, no deceptive caption, no misguiding gameplay. The loading screen alone is nostalgic for me, it reminds me of when the loading screens for these games would feature the star character and a loading bar, with the character having animations to keep the player entertained before the game starts. This game warns you when there’s an ad, making ads much less annoying here, on top of ads being less frequent in general. The gameplay is great and it requires a bit of thinking and timing, but not too much and not too little. This app I feel strikes a good balance between the players and developers that makes both parties happy without being needlessly deceptive. All around a good time.

    Just Fun!

When I saw this gams I was skeptical if it would be entertaining or not, but I’m glad I decided to give it a try! This really does take you back to the earlier days of the app store where you just played the game, had fun, and everything else about it complimented it. There’s in-game currency, yes, but you don’t feel like you’re obligated/forced to have it in order to enjoy the game. I did paid for “remove ads”, but I don’t regret it. As far as the coins go, I’m actually more willing to watch an ad if it means that I’ll get some coins out of it, rather than just having it interrupt the flow of gameplay. There does seem to be a bug though. When I play an ad sometimes it freezes and doesn’t play, and I have to close the app then reopen it. If that could be looked into that would be great! Otherwise it’s a good game, and gives me nostalgia for when games were simpler, and less “pay to play”.

    Definitely a winner!

I’ve spent many many hours on this game. It’s very addicting, and even though the level design is based on reused chunks of terrain, the walking mechanic is deep enough that it never gets boring. It’s easy enough to learn, but there is always room to improve. There are also bonus levels that test your patience and agility, each crafted specially to teach you in depth how to perform different difficult stunts. My only gripe is the lack of depth outside of the walking mechanic. There is a good selection of different characters and stilts, but they are all the same, and are only aesthetic. It would be cool to have some characters get boosted in certain biomes, some characters be stronger against impact, some characters have better jumping power, etc. Not every character would need to be different though. There could be maybe five or six special classes with a couple of characters in each, and the rest just normal. Likewise, stilts could vary in things like traction, bounciness, and length, and some could be those single sticks, or have the rockets, or have extra wide feet, or be able to walk on water, or stick to steeper surfaces, or any of many cool variations. For scores challenges you could force one type of stilts and specific characters in the interest of fair scores, but for the regular mode, it would be fun to be able to play around a bit more.

    Great game!

I’m not sure why, but I’ve been absolutely obsessed with this game for the past few weeks. I’ve just reached level 270, unlocked all of the characters, finished all of the challenges and nearly unlocked all of the accessories/customizations. This game is entertaining, can be challenging and most of all it was well designed. The graphics are fun and although I agree the characters are ugly, I think they are intended to be that way. I just wish there was some more things to unlock once you’ve hit the higher levels. I felt like once I hit 150 it just repeats itself. Now that I’ve reached 270, I’m not sure what else is left. Can’t complain too much, it’s a free app that kept me entertained! And I like that the ad placement isn’t obnoxious like most other free games. You can also use ads to collect coins and unlock features! Overall one of my favorite games!

    Read This

I have played this game for a pretty good amount, it’s nice because it does not take WiFi to play it like most games these days, I have everything unlocked in the game and I’m currently on level 810. (The highest I’ve seen out of all the reviews), the levels do have repeated sections but I try to learn new ways to play them, like learning how to run and jump farther and do some crazy stuff that I feel like most people do not get to experience because they haven’t tried to learn and they just give up, keep playing and try to learn new thing about the game. You may think you know everything about the game until you find out something random and different, like the flying glitch and how to make it happen. P.S. if the developer is reading this please do not take out the flying glitch, I find it harmless yet intriguing.

I am on lvl 1574 and I still LOVE it

Usually I get board of games really fast, 2-3 weeks tops, but this game was different. It is fun and simple. I love the challenges, characters, and the new updates almost every holiday. I think this might be my favorite game. I have had this game for only 6 months and my favorite game for 3-4 years and I think this game has beat it already. I mean I guess it has some small glitches and ads here and there but this game is so worth it and come on what games does not have some sort of tiny glitches and ads. I can’t even believe this game is free that is how good it is. I LOVE it and would recommend is to everyone and I did and got a good amount of my friends hooked on it as well. Non are as good as me but they are ok lol but for real I have played this game so much in such a short period of time that I am a master at this game by now.

Why is this such a great app?

No, seriously. They're rare to come across in the App Store. Charming animation, cute characters, and a simple, easy–to–understand game play. Additionally, the ads are respectful in both content and frequency. If you don't want ads, just turn on airplane mode or buy an inexpensive, ad-free experience. The game play is challenging yet not impossible. It's hard to stay mad at it for long with its humorous fails. It's easy to gain coins and collect your desired accessories and avatars. This game doesn't require internet so it's ideal for long car trips and other places without WiFi, like camping (especially with the app's woodsy atmosphere)! All in all you can tell that they didn't do it for the money. TwoMen and a Dog just wanted to put out some good content, and they succeeded. This app is my #1 favorite and deserves to be Game of the Day!

    Fun relaxing game

I love this game. It takes a few levels to get the hang of it, but then it’s just... fun. There’s no other way to describe it. I love the movement design, I love the simple art, and I love how easy it is to pick up and put down. They don’t shove micro-transactions in your face. My one complaint: after about level 100, the same ten or so levels repeat over and over again. They’ve updated the game to have daily challenges and a king of the hill mode, which have helped break up the monotony. Now there’s even a special Halloween event, which has been great! These devs seem devoted to this game, and I’m excited to see what future updates bring. They have all the tools to make amazing levels, and I see that in their challenge levels. I can’t wait to see what new things are brought to the game!

    Pros and cons

This game was super fun and entertaining. But there are some things that make this game not enjoyable. I wouldn’t know how to make a game or run it so I appreciate all your efforts. One of the cons, is that you get stuck on a box or hay. Another thing is that sometimes if you finish half way and exit out of the game, you have to restart the trail. Another con is that every time you fail you get a ad. And I know you guys are trying to earn money, but maybe put shorter ads or spread the time you put them. And make sure not to keep putting the same ads because it gets very repetitive. Speaking about repetitive, a lot of the levels get very repetitive after you hit a certain level. I would suggest adding new things or changing up the stuff. The pros are that this game is simple and easy to play so I appreciate it that. A lot of the games now add too much, sometimes simple is better. I love how you can get different characters, as well as accessories. One little tip is adding more accessories to spice things up a bit.

Good time killer, could have been better

I’ve just completed level 100. First off, the fact that you can only control one stilt at a time is dumb, in a game called walk master, you would think there would be better controls for walking. Another thing I’ve noticed is that a lot of obstacles get copy and pasted from one level to the next. It’s not done in a “oh it’s just similar with some stuff changed”. It is an exact copy and paste of the same objects in the same position as previous levels. A quick tip for anyone that plays this: learn how to hop. If you bring one stilt in front of you in the air, then switch to the other stilt, you can use the jump feature to hop on one stilt. Getting good at it lets you hop completely over some obstacles, and in some cases, you can just hop as fast as you can across platforms and just get lucky enough to make it. Learning to do that will save you a lot of time with some of the more tedious levels.

    Blackface Fish

So I actually enjoyed this game for a while. It’s super easy but has subtle complexities that can be entertaining and time killing. I see most of the negative reviews are about ads. I assume these are from a younger generation than my own. Do I like the ads? No, but who does and what app doesn’t have them? Could I pay to get rid of them? Yes. And that’s all you need. I don’t think it’s worth getting rid of ads on a freemium app that allows you to unlock every level and character without actually purchasing anything. Even the ads are usually skippable after a few minutes. So all-in-all, that’s not the issue. But after about a week or two I unlocked a character that truly shocked me. No, not Diva in all their feathery glory. Not Mr. Bowl the walking toilet. Nor was it peppermint with her creepy pigtails. Clownfish. It was Clownfish. It took some time to settle in but something about this fish seemed.... fishy. The polka dotted hat is strange. The flower in it an interesting touch. But then there’s the lips. Their white. That would be fine if that were normal for a clownfish but clownfish lips are the same orange as the rest of the body. And then the bucktooth overbite. This fish looks awfully similar to the days of blackface minstrelsy. For now, this app gets 2 stars. If they fix it I’ll increase the rating. If they don’t fix it in a month I’ll change it to a one star.

Fun game but way too many ads

The gameplay is fun when you can actually play instead of watching ads. Although the ads are annoying in the base game, they are bearable, and somewhat understandable. The king of the hill mode however, is an obvious cash grab. First of all, you need to watch an ad just to play it for ONE HOUR. Then once you get in, you realize that it is not, in fact, a fun game mode related to being king of the hill, but is the same game ramped up to frustrating difficulties. On top of that, you get an ad every 2, maybe 3 if you’re lucky, times that you die, and this would all be fine if a character wasn’t locked behind getting an disgustingly high score in the mode, forcing people who want the character to play the mode and have obscene amounts of ads shoved down their throats. This is a great game, and it’s a shame that it has to fall to standards this low for a few extra bucks. I get that you have to make money one way or another, but an ad every 2 deaths is just gross and shameful.

Good Game, Terrible Ads and even worse character design...

While the gameplay itself is solid, only the default character (The Goat) looks even half decent, while all the others look like some Eldritch abomination did the do with what it’s supposed to be... The price of either randomly unlocking a character AND the price of unlocking a certain character INCREASE with each one unlocked, while the rewards for levels/checkpoints and watching ads don’t change, red flag for money grab there. I only have 3 additional characters unlocked and the price has already doubled... And the rate of ads, sweet jesus, can’t complete a level, even a perfect run, without getting one... while not the worst I have seen, it dumpsters itself with the fact it will shove its “Pay for no ads” down your throat every 3 ads (which is about every 2 minutes) and not play the ad until you acknowledge it... so if you see the ad loading and put down your phone, guess what, that ad never played... its honestly faster to just restart the app every time one shows up...
