Overall this game is one of the better ones. The games are fun and their chips deals are inexpensive and good. They have fun events and I enjoy playing. Unfortunately, I participated in an event and didn’t get my bonus. I emailed them and never heard back. Shame that they’ll take my money but when it comes to making their share right, no response. Game is froze - cannot enter. Stuck on Candy Bonus pop up that happens after opening app & assets load. Click the X several times, will not disappear and get to the slots. You’re slots are cold as the North Pole, coin packages are over priced, and you cheat your customers! While in the level boost, I should have received 8,880 million at level 23, didn’t get it. Should have received 16 million plus at level 43, didn’t get it. I highly advise customers to NEVER PAY FOR PACKAGES!!
