How do I get past level 9

This game is super fun but it is very buggy and you have hearts.

I cannot submit a ticket for support with the hints. After using several hints, the game will not let me advance out of level 12. I tried to get support from help desk, but I’m restricted and I don’t know why.

Game is great overall but how do I get trophies? There’s nowhere in the game where it tells you how to get trophies and every time I tap watch video for treasure it doesn’t work

The only problem that’s bothering me is that once I join a game, nobody even draws. Or they just leave. So please try to find a way to make players draw or something...

I can’t play the game when the lobby is full but I bet it’s a great game like the last one please try to fix this so I can play

Every time I try to log in with google the game freezes

The game itself is kind of fun... ok but once you’ve bought everything which is easy to do, there’s nothing left for incentive and most of the people on this game don’t actually draw anything. I don’t know how they hack it I don’t know how they get the answer so fast or if they just cheat because they will write out the word and if they’re not doing that I don’t know how else they’re getting it so quickly? it will be a word like “stretcher” and be guessed in like 2.2 seconds! with no drawing, how do you do that?

Its a REALLY fun game and really good.. but there are way to many ads and to Manny pop up "BUY THIS AND THAT" not to mention way to expensive. And i cant even open the app it just loads and doesn't own and i keep downloading AMD deleting but it wont work anymore

can’t get passed certain levels even though I’ve done exactly what the mission was

The majority of people playing draw worst than some toddlers. Also, I’ve been harrassed and there is no easy way to block players! On top of that several times I see players with my same username and profile pic (a personal pic of me from Facebook) this is terrifying! This game would be great if the community was just better and the glitches went away. Also why so expensive? I can’t even play now because it freezes at the login screen. I’ve tried reinstalling many times and it doesn’t help. The game is unplayable .

There are abusive users on this app. I recall reporting one and the next day the same person on a cursing rant was back. Today someone drew a very graphic image that is not appropriate for kids. Your guests need to have numbers at the end to distinguish who to report. Then again, the people who should be responsible seem not to care. Agree with another reviewer who said some of the ads are not appropriate for kids. Do better.

The hearts are dumb in the game doesn’t make senses to have life’s in a game that doesn’t have any thing to do with it and doesn’t let you sign in with out giving out personal information and you can’t add friends either with out going through a long process wasting your time big time don’t download this game unless you like wasting your time and getting ripped off

Since you allow everyone to play as “Guest” it’s impossible to know which “guest” is writing profanities very round so your Report Player function is 100% useless. Played 5 rounds and every single one was ruined by a “Guest” drawing inappropriate things and writing profanity. You should force everyone to choose a Name prior to being able to join a game.
