You are playing with play money. You can’t use your winnings for anything concrete. If you lose all of your coins, you just wait to earn more. I would not spend real money to play these games because unlike a Casino night hosted by a Charity where you also play with play money, you can use your winnings at the end of the evening to try to win a door prize or bid on a silent auction. If you were charged an admission, it benefits the Charity. These games are fun for passing the time on an airplane, doctor’s office or a boring evening but to get so upset about losing play money is ridiculous.

I downloaded this game expecting it to be like all the others. It isn’t! Totally different look and “feel” than most other slots. I’ve put some money into this but hey, it’s my guilty pleasure and well worth the hours of enjoyment. You can also do quite well without buying credits. I especially love the investment part of the game. My only small complaint is it seems that once you invest, the prices of the various properties do not fluctuate as much as when there is no investment at all. Customer service is great and respond in a very reasonable amount of time. Good job 7 Heart!

This game is by far the best Casino game in the App Store. It keeps the interest level up with things like ‘purchasing’ money-making assets like businesses and factories, which can all be done with credits you’ve ‘saved’ in the game’s virtual ‘bank’. The payout is fair, the games are gorgeous and the layout is easy to navigate. On top of all that, the customer support is phenomenal. Had an issue with losing my assets when switching phones...they promptly fixed it. Great development team!

I have both this game and Slotomania™ for about 4 weeks now. I was marketed into spending ~$70 in slotomania, but in 7hearts I have spent $0. I have over $130,000,000 and n the game. I’m kinda confused about all the negative reviews, it’s a free app with fair in game purchases, free credits threw social media, and a capitalistic aspect that allows you to revenue in game credit consistently. The Customer service is by far The most responsive and considerate slot host iv came across(and iv played them all)shout out to phonato you guys killed it thanks for making this epidemic a lil more comfortable.

Honestly I don’t get the piggy bank thing, I won a ton of money and no way to access it. I reached out on the email that they suggested on the previous review response and I got no delivery if you are interested in just playing as a game and you’re not going to be able to access any winnings the technology is spot on.

I love paying slot games but your I have to say is very upsetting. You ask us to complete quest, and we try but you make it totally impossible to complete them because you don’t allow us to vey win very often in order to win at the quest. My suggestion is to allow people a lot more changes to win and to win big if you want people to keep playing your game. Thank you for your time and understanding in this matter.

Like other reviews, I finally got over 50 million and played a game that I played every day and bet 10,000 like I did every time. then I kept getting the buy tokens box when I knew I had plenty but then saw all my tokens were gone. After emailing about the issue I was told I have to bet my amount each time! WHAT???.... That’s funny considering I haven’t had to do that any other time before I had 50 million. Scam to eat your money once you have it! In regards to response from company.... I did notify you when I realized that there was an issue with your game and you guys responded by only sending me a portion of the tokens that I lost and then when I saw that there was an app glitch after I lost all my tokens, I was told that I had to actually bet each time I play, which is not something I had to do before I had earned over 50 million tokens. It’s a sneaky way to get all of someone’s tokens without them realizing it.

I love the games but recently every time I go to collect my free coins, the screen goes black and then closes. I believe one of the ads is not loading properly but I’m no tech. I know it is not my phone causing the issue. Please don’t tell me to notify the support team because I’ve already done that 3 times and no response back from them! I’ve also went to bank 150 million coins and the app closed and I lost those tokens. I also notified them when this had happened and still no response! Please have someone check into these issues. I’m getting frustrated with this app. Thanks They did contact me and the app is working now, thanks, but no mention of giving back the coins I was trying to bank when the app closed. The higher your bet the less chance you have to win anything. When you finally do make money and buy properties, the value of them never gos up so you lose money on every investment. If you purchase a chip package, BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL i have tried a hand full of times and only successfully received my chips twice, all of the other times i was charged and not given my chips. I had to e mail support and wait two or three days for my chips. This is a scam. I love the game but all of these issues are ridiculous! I understand you make a game to make money but here i am trying to spend a little money to play and i cannot even get that. Lets at least be fair and give people what they paid for. Stop scamming!!! I agree with so many of the other reviews here. But also in my experience, I recently started being charged for purchases I did not make. When I noticed the first one I initiated a dispute. My dispute was denied and then I find another invoice. I was charged for another pack of coins while going through the dispute!! Of course I didn’t make another purchase at this time. Dealing with Apple to report the problem was maddening as they assume the user either doesn’t know what they are doing or are trying to be deceitful. I received another invoice again this week!! I don’t know if it’s Apple or the app developer but someone is pushing through charges that are not legitimate. I have deleted this app and recommend you do the same.
