  • I am loving this!

    By sarahkhaneventstyling
Everytime I start thinking of a question I find the answer in the app. I love that they took the time to have so many different recipes for different meals and snacks so you don’t get bored of eating the same things over and over. I have the diet and fitness app and am totally loving them both. The recipes actually taste great, not as bad as I thought and I could see myself actually making a lifestyle change to eating like this always rather than just for the time being to lose the weight. It’s training me to use portion control AND be specific about balancing my caloric intake through different meal choices and stay up to date on my water intake. It’s like playing a game on your phone and you just keep updating it but your actually making progress in your health!
  • Has potential but falls short of amazing

    By jbeauli1
I love that this app can be tailored to food preference and that it provides recipes, but there are only one week’s worth of recipes that just get repeated. It’s true that they are simple, but they’re also tailored to feed only one person. It would be great if you could make a larger batch of some of the recipes to serve a family or to keep as leftovers. The recipes themselves are strange. At times the instructions are unclear and mention ingredients like butter that weren’t in the ingredients list. If you’re a decent cook I think you can figure it out ok. Lastly they call for things like .53 oz of onion and 1 potato. As someone without a food scale I have no idea what that much onion looks like. As potatoes come in many different shapes and sizes I find “1 potato” to not be helpful either. There are recipes that I eat in different days but when I try to track the recipe it adds it to the day that was assigned. It would be nice if I didn’t have to enter everything in manually just because I had leftovers (I’ve been doubling the recipes). Lastly the app keeps telling me “great job on your first day!” It’s a bit discouraging to see that every day. So yeah this app could be amazing, but it’s not quite there.
  • Why so forceful?

    By becca.too.boujee
Let me start by saying I love this app. I traded it for the app I was faithfully using for 2 years called “lifesum” and I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to use and it was very motivating. However, as a college student and mother money is always tight & I hate how now I can’t log anything or use the app because it’s forcing this message of “Grab the deal before it’s too late!” Each time I open the app. I try to close and reopen it just for the 14 min timer to start over. It’s very frustrating because I wanted to use this app and never look back but it comes across as forceful and for people who don’t have money to use for extra luxuries like this... it’s messed up because we want to be healthy too💔 to the creators: please fix this!
  • This app is just not quite there yet

    By Eyoyvsklajcbe
I like the recipes and that I can now swap the meals out but the app has a lot of glitches and I find I have re-add a lot of my foods. Also some days I can have “two lunches” which I’m fine with but I can’t adjust my other days to have accommodate. The marketing suggests that they repeat food items so I don’t have to buy a million things from the grocery store but that’s not the case. Every meal every day is way different than the next. It’d be very difficult for the average on-the-good mid-low income person to accommodate for unfortunately. There are things I really like but for now there are apps that don’t cost as much that also don’t have glitches and may be cheaper. For now I’d advice you to save your money.

So this app is incredible, it has me losing 2lbs per week. It not only helps me keep track of my calories but also gives me nutritious/healthy recipes!! I also have young siblings with severe allergies so this app gave me loads of alternatives!! I’ve read lots of reviews complaining about the price but I payed gladly considering the pros and cons. I’ve been making tons of different foods and this week has been my “spinach week” It’s incredibly healthy and delicious! 10/10 recommend the Spinach Omelet!
  • Good App has glitches and ver expensive

    By Mlm12585
The app is over all good but very expensive. I’ve been using this app for a little over 2 months. I don’t know if there was a recent update or something but foods I know are healthy are grade E now. For example a plain tomato is considered E? Same thing with apples and eggs? Also sometimes the app will change 1 serving of a food to thousands of calories. Unless these glitches are resolved I may not renew my subscription when it’s over because the price of this app is way too expensive to have glitches like this.
  • It’s okay

    By Izzy4501
If you don’t have money to subscribe it won’t let you look through the app most of the time. I’ve had it for about almost a month and sometimes it lets me look through.. but most of the time it won’t let me and it just stays on the subscription screen. I can’t exit out of it or anything. I’ve tried closing and opening the app again, multiple times, but nothing works. I don’t have money to subscribe and I want to be on a better diet but I can’t get ideas because I can’t see what the app has to offer.
  • Amazing app!! — please add allergies

    By shlebbb
Just downloaded but so far so good! I am impressed by the variety of meal plans and the option to avoid certain foods. I would love an expansion of that list so that I can add my food allergies. That way my personalized grocery list will avoid foods that will make me explode/die lol jk ..but that would be a great feature. :-) Common food allergies you could include: Melon, soy, specific types of nuts, apples, avocados, coconut, sesame seeds, celery, carrots, peaches, pears, bananas, etc.
  • Great

    By mila_kecman
I was searching for app that can offer me meal preparation with calculated calories and nutrition. That is what I adore about this app. 4 stars is only because I find it VERY confusing to calculate when it comes to “regular portion”, “half portion” or “double/portion and a half” because recipe still shows amount of ingredients for regular portion ONLY no matter what option I choose above. That is really confusing and makes things harder when I’m in hurry to prepare a meal.
  • Very Unsatisfied

    By 10Dryver
I’ve used this app for three days, and am disappointed in its performance. I planned an entire week of meals, but it doesn’t save all my meals or my preferences. I bought all my groceries for the week, but don’t know what all my meals are because they keep changing in the app. Additionally, it would be helpful if I could change the measurement settings. Macros (protein, carbs, and fats) aren’t generally measured in ounces. This is very confusing to me. Overall, I am extremely disappointed. This was a waste of money. I wish I could have a refund.
