    Not worth the time anymore.

When this game came out, I played it at least 16 hours a day. It was such a fun and rewarding game! I got all of my friends and family to play, but with the recent updates, all of them ended up quitting and deleting the app. I spend a lot of time and money on this app but it is not as fun as it used to be. There is no way someone can maintain their vip status without spending hundreds of dollars in this game. Especially when you get only 1 vip point for every daily rewards. Not only that, the vip points for the daily events changed drastically too. 1 billion coins don’t even last me a full day anymore. This game is not worth my time anymore. I rather just pay to stay at a different hotel where everything is instead of walking miles to get to it from the Wynn. I play a lot of the slot machines and eat at the restaurants at the Wynn but now, I am going to start booking my stays elsewhere.

True comp rooms MyVEGAS charges resort fees

I have won three fully comped, completely free rooms from this game without spending money on it within two months. Obviously this is the best reward offered by any online gambling game as it’s a true comp with no resort fee, my free room from myVEGAS was at the inferior MGM Grand and you have to pay $42 resort fee. WynnSlots had to change the system and some may complain but you had to be playing earlier to get good rewards, we all knew it wouldn’t last forever. The rooms are amazing in this hotel as are the restaurants, I had better luck on tables here than anywhere on the strip. The Wynn slot game plays better than others and is very addicting. Very few bugs and when it does crashes I have ALWAYS been returned to the game or my coins return, and I played a lot, I think a lot of the reviews are just fishing for freebies from Wynn, they owe you nothing.

    Battle Mode

I play the battle mode most of the time and what I’ve noticed is that my opponent just about always gets free spins, I get hardly any, pretty tough to win when your opponent gets up to 30 spins and you get 20, or I’m winning with my spins at 20 and my opponent hits a jackpot at 18 or 19 spins and I lose, i don’t spend any money on the game but would be nice to get more equal results when playing battle mode, just played every game in battle mode, there are 12 games, played the million dollar games, won 3 of the 12, the 3 I won didn’t even pay back the million I bet, in my loses the opponent won over 2 million per game, something is not set right I think.

    Fun but challenging

I find that the games are all pretty fun and well created. The graphics are fun and after 2 months of playing this game, I have yet to encounter a problem with the app itself. My husband and I plan on going to Vegas in the next couple of months. We have found a few apps that allow you to play for real rewards. This game is one of them, however with the points resetting every 80 days it makes it much more difficult to earn the points you need to actually use, unless you spend actual cash on the game play also. I have yet to win a decent amount of money to play on, even when min betting. So you have to wait for the hourly bonus before you can play again or spend actual money. So if your plan is to only play without spending money for the buffet or room comps, it probably isnt the game for you. If you want to play for fun because you enjoy slot games this is definitely one to play. The bonus games are lots of fun!

    Ok so far

I'm going to share how I play this game. I've been playing 2 months now only accumulated 25 gems wondered why? I decided to start betting more 2.5 mil per spin at Monkey God. Within 5 minutes I had accumulated 281 gems! Wow! Before, I was betting the bare minimum and didn't get hardly anything. Of course my bank total went from $80M to $14M! 😲 Then i looked at the Events Tab. These are like little challenges. Because I was gambling so much with each spin in the Monkey God Game, I wound up satisfying every Event! My bankroll went from $14M to $33M after doing all the scratchers! How did I get $80M in the bank? I just played every day collecting the little free Bonuses. I also did the little Event Game Spin 50 times in X Game to get a scratcher. I'm still learning about how to play, but this is what I've learned so far. Hope this helps! At my current rate of play, it will take 1 year to earn one free night at Wynn. I don't think that's too bad. The rooms at Wynn are the nicest on the strip.

Great game when working. Customer support is lacking

Very fun game when everything is working properly. I’ve both built up my coins and purchased coins to a point where I could play in the high roller room. When playing, you are pretty much trying to stay alive until you get into the bonus. This is even more important when playing in the high roller room. Over a dozen times when betting the max (24mil per spin) I got into the bonus, then the game would say “server error.” This would only happen when entering the bonus areas. These errors easily cost me 1 billion in bonus coins every time this happens. I sent one email stating my issue. The response was “server error fixed” with a bonus of 10k chips for the trouble. The errors continued though. My second email went with no response. After the amount of money I have payed to play this game, I expected better support. There isn’t much choice but to stop playing because of the lost bonus coins, which in turn costs me real money to keep playing. The service on this app doesn’t reflect the service The Wynn is known for. Review update: June 1st 2019 Support emailed me with an apology and credited my account 500mil coins. It sounds like a lot, but isn’t even 1/20th of what I would’ve received if my bonus rounds haven’t had time out errors over a dozen times. I appreciate the email, but the compensation doesn’t make up for the issues that I dealt with.

    Waste if time

I previously reviewed this app and gave it a 2 but just dropped it to a 1 and will probably delete it. The latest revision did it for me. It took a long time and a lot of playing to get to where you could actually use your points but I finally had enough for a room reservation. They then increased the number of points required which for most dates was prohibitive. Now, they created a level system which makes it almost impossible to maintain or grow to a higher level to where you can actually use your points for anything. This app is now a complete waste of time unless you want to spend a lot of money buying a lot of points for nothing. Payouts are scarce. Probably just cheaper to go get a room and pay for it if you want to stay at the Wynn. Out of curiosity, I checked some other reviews and saw almost everyone feels the same way I do; that this is now a worthless app. One thing stood out though...the app people only respond to favorable reviews, all 2 of them. What a load of crap when they say how they how much they care about the players....my app was just now reset to 0 with 90 days to continue the benefits.......whoopie.....deleting the app when I save this edit.

    A great great disappointment

I was excited when I saw that Wynn had an online slot game. I played for several weeks and discovered this is not up to Wynn standards. The games, are okay but the problem is that it is difficult to win anything! It is as though individuals creating the game do not realize there’s really no money involved to win yet the slot games are very tight—much more than in Las Vegas at the Wynn. The entire focus is on getting you to buy more and more coins. Indeed, at times you have to go through pretending you’re going to buy some coins to get back to the games as they freeze the screen. I am so angry and feel cheated as this is supposed to be entertainment. It is meant to be a fun game and yes you need to spend money for coins but you lose mostly and quickly! I go to the Wynn in Vegas relatively frequently and if these games are an example of their new approach to gaming I do not think I will go to the Wynn casino anymore. Don’t waste your money like I did. To be sure you don’t expect to win overall with slots but you do expect to be able to play and win on and off before the machine takes your money. But the norms here just take your money and, again, quickly. Alexandra

    Corporate greed is here

The newest update from feb 20 dropped VIP points for everything plus made room booking available at VIP level 3. It is now IMPOSSIBLE to get the VIP points without spending a couple hundred dollars. Very disappointed. I really used to like how this game was rewarding and relatively passively so now if you’re not obsessively playing this game 24 hours a day you have no hopes of reaping any benefits such as being able to book a room and have a little stay in Las Vegas. I really appreciated this game because we were able to have comped rooms to go for a brief honeymoon amongst a busy schedule but now with this new VIP system it’s not even gonna be worth my time. VIP expirations!!!

This app makes it impossible without spending quite a bit of cash to get VIP levels. If you are playing this app for fun, then you don’t care about this. But for the ones looking to book a night. You have to get to level 3 in VIP levels before you can book. Plus you have to grind out hours of your time to even get enough gems to get a room. Which why they give you a gem discount at level 3 when that’s the first time you can book a room anyways. You should be able to book a room at level 2 without a gem discount. Just makes sense! I understand some people have a lot of time on their hands but even just doing this on the side you will never level up in VIP points, one point per daily login, but they expire after 90 days and you need 2,500 for the first level. Get out of here with that. Just a overall impossible setup with the expiring VIP points. If you took off the expiration and allowed people to book at Level 2 with no gem discount. Then more people would grind and want to have a chance to stay at the Wynn. But the way it’s set up now. People are uninstalling this app. Hope this review can shed some light for new users!

Real world comps are now nearly impossible

I played this game regularly for about 4 months and was planning a November trip to Vegas as I had earned enough to book a room for three nights. The next morning all that progress was gone and it will be nearly impossible to earn room nights without spending nearly $100. I will not do this on principle alone! Players could’ve been notified of the change ahead of time or players could be offered a grace period to redeem gems previously earned, or existing players could start out at a higher vip level. I understand a business needs to make money but this is really shameful. I would even have been willing to pay resort fees instead of this. It’s a shame that Vegas tried to become a family destination in the 90’s, lost money, and are still losing money because they no longer attract just gamblers. Well Wynn just missed out on this gambler visiting and spending money on their games, restaurants, and shops. I always bring older family members with me to Vegas and we do everything at the property we stay at; eat, gamble, shop. We will now bring this business back to one of our favorites; Palazzo, Venetian, Cosmopolitan, Paris.

    Nothing VIP about this game

I, like many other players of this game, feel like we have been treated like crap and duped by their recent game updates. It appears as though Wynn doesn’t care about all the players that have played for hours to earn gems/rewards, only to see them turned into some valueless achievement. While they did mention that an update was coming soon, they deliberately left out any information that could have explained to the players that everything you have earned to date would be worthless after the update. They didn’t want us redeeming the earned rewards before they devalued them. So, the lesson appears to be.......don’t spend any time or money on this game as they most likely will have future updates that will take away everything you had earned. And if they treat internet players like this, I would assume that they probably have continued updates that screw the player at their casino properties as well. I used to think Wynn was a first class organization. Now, I wouldn’t trust them to do the right thing if their life depended on it. 1 star is too generous for this group.

    Impossible Rewards.

Been playing this casually for the better part of a year now. Not only does it become more difficult to earn gems(the things you need to get a free room) as one progresses, meaning that the more you spend your time or money, the less you will be rewarded, the app also raises the costs as one gets to the lowest threshold, thereby making the reward forever unattainable. Read some other reviewers comments and you will see the same complaint. Now we may be wrong, and one may be able to attain a free night eventually, but it being so difficult is a bot absurd. I have the MGM apps, and have earned enough coins for numerous rewards, including multiple stays(not to mention other cool deals) at a fraction of the time. And if one wants to contend that the Wynn is superior to the MGM properties, I argue that the Bellagio and Aria(both of which I’ve been able afford stays at, plus others) are not second rate to the Wynn by any means. So while I do enjoy these games just for kicks, I won’t be wasting my time with Wynn and their impossible rewards, when MGM actually rewards me for my guilty pleasure.

    Update ruined the game

The most recent update makes it impossible for us to book rooms and access the calendar without spending $100 first. The VIP system has ruined this game for me. To reach level 2 to access the calendar and book rooms, we must spend the $100, and then we have to maintain that by playing. Playing to maintain would be fine, except for the fact that many of us don’t have time to play this game all day everyday. I was lucky enough to earn a stay at the Wynn BEFORE the update. The hotel was amazing and very fun. However, I don’t think I’ll be able to come back there now with the way the app has changed. I’d rather checkout MyVegas and see what they have to offer. The Wynn app used to be amazing until this last update with the addition of the VIP system. This update goes against what their app says it’s for. To earn FREE rooms. The rooms aren’t free anymore if we have to pay $100 just to see the calendar as well as spend all day every day playing to maintain our level. Please rethink this update, Wynn slots team. You’re going to lose a lot of players.
