For the developer, don’t blame your user for finding your design flaw! I have been a developer for 27 years and never once blamed a user for for hitting the wrong key combination on the keyboard.

I won over 10 billion coins by playing one of my favorite games. When I opened the app the following day, I was shocked to see that all my coins had been removed. I emailed support and was told that "Your account was flagged for exploiting the Hao Yun Lai slot machine repeatedly. Your Coin balance was removed!" I asked them how I could exploit a game when all I simply did was play it. I received this response "We find that you have hit the jackpot (Hao Yun Lai) for 138 times in the last few days." So because I hit the jackpot too many times they removed the coins that I had won. This is unacceptable and I will be sharing this on every social media platform. You CANNOT charge people REAL money for coins and when they "win too much" take away their winnings. This has to be ILLEGAL.

Had over $400 million one time..Literally it will drain it out soo quick before giving a free spin or bonus. You’ll get an average hit in, then after 10/15 spins it’ll take it all back. You almost caught my attention but losing over and over isn’t really much fun. The bonuses are extremely hard to get and the pay out on them are pathetic and the pay outs on the normal game are horrible barely paying out even near what your total bet was. I recently play a weekend game offered on Vegas Slots. It required you to work through a series of levels to receive free coins. At the highest level you could win between 5 - 50 million coins. In order to play it costs $100 real dollars to receive 60 million fake coins. The kicker, I spent $200 real dollars to get about 1/3 of the way through. Fortunately, I stopped there or I would have thrown away a minimum of $600 real dollars to receive less than $100 worth of fake coins. My advice, support your local casino. You’ll provide jobs for your own community and have a chance at winning real dollars.

If I could give this game negative stars I would it it gives you nothing but takes everything I pay for coins and still no wins instead it seems it took my coins faster! The games are legit and as you see them in the casinos. Unfortunately it’s probably easier to win in a casino. The bet amount should be more evenly placed instead of jumping straight from 5k to 25k and then 100k. First off it’s way to hard to hit anything on these slots to even get to those kinds of bets. I’m sure as hell not gonna spend my money here and just lose all the time vs me finding a better game with at least the same pay out the as a real casino. Good job on finding real slot games though.
