The little known gem of 2017. If you can pick this game up at its sale price of $50 you will be happy. The game is not only a marvel of technology it is one of the most original and innovative games I’ve seen for some time. I do have a few requests/suggestions for the devs: 🤖 Please add a more robust deck builder into the game. It would be great to save and name decks in the app just like the mixes. This would save time and help build on a solid customer base who want to play competitively. 🤖 Please add online clash mode. This would take the game to a whole new level of play and give more people a reason to invest in the base game. I’m sure that opens a while host of new issues but it will keep warm blood pumping to the player base. 🤖 Song request. It would be great to get a song request like Rock Band does. 🤖 A solitaire mode might be fun for some people who want to play around with the tracks but get bored with the free style mode. 🤖 Unique instrument cards. Unique tracks that can be used in 2 different color slots like a red and blue theremin card or a yellow and green Berry White vocal.

Dropmix is pretty fun for those of you who like music and want to try your hand at making some amazing mixes of music (popular and more eclectic). My two girls love making a mix and saving their mix to playback. The game needs the Dropmix board and cards (60 come with the board, which retails for $99), but it is a blast to play (Party mode is AWESOME). For that matter, you could 'almost' fake dj a party with this setup (or better yet, let your friends do it!). Highly recommended, despite the cost of the board.

Dropmix seamlessly combines physical cards with digital music mixing. It's the most innovative game I've ever played. There's not that much depth to the game modes but I can lose myself in freestyle for hours on end. It's just so satisfying to weave tracks together. One tip for freestylers: if you keep the bottom panel open, wild cards won't take over the tempo and key.

DropMix is a great platform for creating eclectic mashups, and also a fun game on top of that. When I work from home, I use Freestyle mode to "DJ" my workday. If I'm just hanging out, I'll make mixes or listen to saved mixes. That fact that there's a fun game built on top of the impressive audio technology is icing the cake!

I’ve bought this as Christmas presents for two friends and their kids absolutely love it. Downside is that they want more cards! We’ve already bought all of series 1 and 2. More cards please!

This app is just so amazing! I love all of the beats you can create and the choices of all of the modes! It’s also pretty cool that the developers don’t use the default letter when there is a bad review, they are pretty responsive, everything works great except this one card, it just doesn’t work, it is a vocal card, whenever I place it down it just doesn’t work. Otherwise that the app and the DropMix board is just amazing!!!

I got Dropmix around Christmas time and it's been an absolute blast. The game is diverse, the cards are unique, and my kids really enjoy mixing songs. I will say, the expansion packs are a bit pricey (~$1/card... I have over 200 cards) and organizing them can be a chore. Try filtering through all those cards to find one you want. Aside from that, I took off one star because they don't offer an AppleTV app. The deck should be able to connect directly to AppleTV, but for now I have to use screen mirroring. I really hope they make an all digital version. I also hope they keep making packs even if the collection is getting unweildy.

DropMix is a really fun game that I’ve enjoyed playing multiple times. You get a different sound with every round you play. The only thing I wish you could do is save the mixes to iTunes! When you save them, they will only play back in the app

I night the DropMix board about a war ago and ave loved it since, it is a very fun game and i suggest it to all music lovers, however, recently my phone alerted me my dropmix board needed a firmware update. That isn’t unusual as it has updated before but this time it seemed to not update at all before the board would power down. I thought this could be an issue with dead batteries so I replaced them, but still no luck. I am now no longer able to use the board as it will not let me play until I update the board. If this is an error on my part, or if there’s a simple solution please let me know.

I love everything about this game from the music to the design and to me it is a 5/5 Star game. However the board will frequently disconnect and won’t respond if I leave it be for a bit and now I am having trouble connecting my phone to the board and can’t even play the game. If the developers could fix this it would be the greatest thing ever, but I don’t see that being possible from a realistic stand point. I’m sorry to rate the game what I rated it but it just won’t work anymore so if you are planning on getting this game be warned.

I have been having trouble with the board staying connected to the phone I’ve got fresh batteries, great signal, made sure other Bluetooth items around my house are off and the even tried what tips there are on the website and still have problems... 😕 complete bummer for my son who absolutely adores this game just wish this kink was worked out also wish the board could connect to an actual wall outlet and had an on/off switch maybe a new and improved 2.0 board 🤷🏻‍♀️

PLEASE FIX ASAP!! This is supposed to work on all Apple platforms with the right iOS. The app does not load/ work on my iPad 2. And to clarify, my pad is currently running iOS 9.3.5. Hasbro website claims it should work on iOS 9.0 and up. Every time I try to open the app on my iPad it just brings up the title screen then crashes five seconds later. Doesn't even get to the loading screen. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app. I've soft and hard reset my iPad. I've done a combo of both (deleting, resetting, then downloading again). Nothing works to fix the issues. I really want to give this game/app five stars but can't if it's not working right and not being fixed.

I work in IT and support Apple OS. I tried everything from reinstall to factory reset. This app fails to complete an install on iPad (which is what it is trying to do when it crashes at splash screen/load). First time it got as far as the app being listed in Settings (although nothing was in it). After that first try it never even got that far. All attempts were with Location Services fully on and non-restricted. Bummer! This game was going to be a hit for NYE but will now get a bad word-of-mouth review from many people that picked this up over the holidays instead. Hasbro should have paid for more developers before rushing this out to get holiday sales.

Got this for my Daughter for Christmas, put new batteries in and then spent hours trouble shooting the board/App. The game starts but then disconnects in the middle of playing. We have been unable to complete 1 full game. Devices used where IPhone XS Max and Galaxy Note 10, both with same issue. There are many other people online having the same problem. This is a quality check problem at Hasbro and they need to fix it. Sounds like quite a few boards are going out defective. I have reached out to them and am still awaiting a response. Will change review if they accommodate us.
