It fun app , but i lost a lot of money just for fun but for sone reason it nonsence , my VIP level right now is Emeral , you guys can caculate how much money i spended , i knew that i paid for my fun , i can afford that , but i found out that the fun is not long enough , because their network always problem , during the game if network problem you loose all your coins with no reasonable , you tough you still in the game ? NO ... you out of their server already but you didnt know that , its mean you loose all your coins even you still playing the game , what ever you hit in ocean king or slot machine ... so watchout for that . I play this game a lot and just in the past few months I started buying the coin packets that they sell. At first everything was fine but then the game slowly started taking advantage of me (by freezing up). I purchased a coin pack for $100 on January 18, 2021 only I didn’t receive my coins. I’ve I reported the problem like they told me to do tried to restore the purchase like they told me to do but nothing has worked. Now the game keeps freezing up so all the coins that you purchase while you’re on the fishing game you kill the fish but you don’t get your money because the game freezes up or do you use the laser cannon and the game freezes up but it still takes your coins but I don’t give you anything in return. It just keeps doing it over and over and over. All I want is the coins that is owed to me not the money back. So whoever is reading this be careful just keep on Goin don’t even get interested in this game

I just d/l game to test it out and I am removing it after I leave comment. On the first game you see the bonus so much level up quick but I had played at the 1,500 for over 30 minutes and never saw the bonus and always put the bonus symbols in the first 2 rows so you don’t get any other points. I really wonder what happened to being fair on the games. That is why you have to keep coming up with new ones to find other ways to rip people off all the way around just to get money unfairly I would rather just buy the game rather than paying to MUCH MONEY for so LITTLE points rip off

So.. I have had this game for over a year now and at first, it was an amazing game. I’ve gone from a bronze to a ruby, and it was and still is madly addicting but I noticed that these days, I have to spend a lot just to have fun on this app. Not worth it anymore, and if you have spending problems like I do, I would recommend not downloading this app. Spare your bank account, the coins packages and the way they make you plummet from winning one moment to losing all your coins isn’t worth it.

When I first downloaded this app it was fun, I got it specifically for the Ocean King game. I continuously get the network busy message and have lost millions of coins because of it. I have emailed the “tech support” numerous times and been given numerous ridiculous responses like, “it’s your internet speed” (I have the fastest internet speed available), or “you don’t have enough space available on your iPad” (I have 256 GB of which 127GB are free), I also got blatant lies, “No one else is having this issue so it must be something you’re doing.” This is obviously not true as I have read multiple other reviews complaining of the same issues. The app developer has done absolutely nothing to make the situation right, the app still has the same issue as it did 6 months ago, nor have they refunded any of my coins or any of the money spent purchasing coin packages that were lost because of this issue. Total waste of money and the developer obviously cares nothing about its customers. Sad really.....

Both slot and Ocean King games are fun to play. Good variety of slots with fun bonus/free spin games if you’re lucky enough to actually get them. The game seems to just devour your coins and boy are those coins pricy! Minor glitches or “busy network” problems were more of a buzz kill than a hair puller. Haven’t lost any amount of coins because of it. But the only reason it’s getting only one star from me and not four is because of all the fake reviews giving the app maximum stars. If anyone actually cared to look at them, they’d realize that numerous different individuals have coincidently given the exact same positive review, verbatim. That goes to show who’s patting their self on their back. Smh. I hope that the developers actually start listening to the people who’s money is paying their paychecks. I’m inclined to stop making anymore purchases if reviews continue as such. Such a waste of some great game design.

It was fun from the beginning. Don’t spend any money on this app! You won’t win anything again after you do! You can buy the most expensive pack you can buy and it won’t last anytime at all. If you do start doing well the game will kick you off or freeze up every time. I’m deleting this app and done giving these crooks money! Read there reviews any good review has the same review over and over It might have something different in the description but is the same review and all of them have different names on them. Any real review is on there once and most say I’m deleting this game and gives no more than one star!This app is a joke and a scam, and these people should be in jail!

The games that you play are definitely nice to play, but you do have to watch they do cheat you out of coins, that way you have to buy coins all the time. If you complain to them, they act like they care they say they are your friend and want to help you, but they don’t. I had to delete my game because I kept my word , they didn’t believe what I said, they wanted me to copy my email they sent me with the date on it, well I am sorry they should have their own email that they sent. They have definitely done me wrong more than once, but that is fine, A person is only as good as their word and I am definitely going to do what I said and delete the game.

Over the last few days I have won a few dollars here and there. One big win here and I keep playing hoping to get more wins but of course they take it all back. The ocean king tournaments are a complete joke because the same people advance while I’m still never progressing. The changes made to the ocean king jackpot are a joke because the minute you increase your bet to possibly catch a jackpot you lose them all. I am deleting due to being an avid member and actually making cash purchases in order to possibly win big which has never happened. Goodbye Golden HoYeah!
