    Truly a masterpiece.

When I first downloaded the game, I was honestly expecting just another endless runner game. I couldn’t have been any more wrong! From the first level, I was captivated by the beautiful soundtracks, graphics, and most of all, the heartfelt storyline. I really love how the storyline is incorporated with each level and the music compliments it so well. I truly felt myself immersed in the characters’ story and felt all the ups and downs just as much! It’s always amazing when a game is made so well that players feel that they are a part of it along with the characters-and this game really goes above and beyond. I don’t think I’ve written a review in about 2 years, and just after playing the first 5 levels I came straight here to write this! I will thoroughly enjoy continuing to play this game, I can’t wait for what comes next! I highly recommend this. Like I said in the title, the developers have truly crafted a masterpiece. Keep up the good work! :)

    Wow.

I love music games, and this is no exception. But when I looked at the reviews, for a second I was hesitant. But I got the game anyways, and I'm glad I did. The music is awesome, it's a challenging game. Then I ran out of hearts. Then I saw an easy solution to get rid of the problem: watch one single ad. I now wonder why people can't just watch an ad to get rid of the hearts problem. You don't even need to spend stardust to get more hearts! Now, it (probably(I haven't done it yet)) is true, having to use stardust to create your own levels is a little irritating, but all you have to do is play the levels again and you're fine. And like I said, if you're out of hearts you just have to watch an ad to get more (2 hearts for each ad). And if you're tired of watching ads, then just use a little stardust, and you'll get more than just 2. There. Multiple problems solved. Stop whining when you're not even trying to fix the problem.

    Best game I've ever played.

This game is so amazing. It is beautiful and emotional and the combination of the music with the art style of the game makes the game so fantastic. The story of the game is just mind blowing (I cried). If you are considering downloading this game, you should. Yes, you will have lives and yes some of the levels will be difficult. But having the lives gives the game a challenge. Don't complain about it. So you may have to wait a few hours to play again. It's really no big deal and for the amazing ending of the story, it is SO WORTH IT. Please, give this game a try. Don't put it down because it has lives and even better... THERE ARE NO ADS UNLESS YOU WANT MORE LIFE ORBS!!! I hope you enjoy this game as much as I did. And great job game developers, you did an outstanding job.

    Breathless...

This game is one of the best rhythm games I have ever played. Very rarely have I felt attached to the characters. For Kaito's Story, I was concerned for Aya. I grew attached to her character, and I felt like she could have been a real person. I cried so much that I had to delete the app, worrying that I would not stop thinking about Kaito's story. The music was breathless, the gameplay was unique, the colors were mixed together beautifully, the characters lovable, and the idea of creating your own levels was amazing. Thank you for providing me with an amazing experience. I won't forget it. Best of luck on your future endeavors! 😊

    Fantastic

This game incorporates so many different ways to play a music game into one incredible journey. The music alone is unrivaled, then add the artwork and the challenges within each level and you’ve got yourself this game. It’s free, other players can make their own levels. And they’re not crappy levels, either. No, they’re just as great as the main story! Amazing game. It’s one that you don’t have to spend money on, but if you want you, you won’t mind it at all. Great job guys.

    Good game, but...

Lost in Harmony was great before the 2nd story update. Kaito’s story is wonderful and I loved the ideas that LIH brought. The level editor is a good idea that not many other apps have. The music and remixes used are phenomenal and get stuck in your head for a long while. But, there are downsides. Ever since the new update you need a new in-game currency to do many things and there’s now an energy meter that limits how far you can go. Also, I can’t seem to open up the new levels no matter how long I let them load. The level editor is also a bit confusing for new players. So all in all, this app deserves the praise it gets. But the new limitations prevent it from soaring.

    How unique and truly charming

I’ve never really been into “runner” style games, but the first thing I noticed about Lost in Harmony was that the perspective is switched—you’re looking backward at the character’s front, rather than forward at their back. Add to that the immersive music experience with headphones and the combination of swiping and tapping with the rhythm, and it’s honestly the most unique game I can remember playing on a mobile device. I wasn’t around for before whichever update people are complaining about, but when it comes time to pay for the full version, I’ll seriously consider it.

A must play for those good with Rhythm games

It’s a great title with small snippets of story in between levels that had me cursing the heart counter forcing me to wait, you can purchase more heart but the stardust price is steep and even after quite a few levels I don’t have enough. One thing that could be better is a tuner, I feel like most of my beats are on point but it gives me a great instead of a perfect. This is seriously a great rhythm game though and will give any rhythm game fanatic a good challenge with how much you have to keep up with at once even on easier levels.

M.I.R.A.I story is still not fixed

There are a lot of reviews out there saying the update ruined the game. I can see where they are coming from, it is annoying when one of your favorite games gets ruined by microtransactions. However the update didn't "ruin" the game, the core gameplay is still the same and amazing. And considering it's free now you definitely shouldn't miss this. However the new story M.I.R.A.I escape, has a bug where you can't access past the first level and it's still not fixed. Please fix this as it looks promising.

    Big Change..

Sigh... It was a good sandbox game when it lasted...to be honest it's a good game I don't have to say it twice but just this new update changed it tremendously in both a good and bad way. What's good about this update is that you added a new story...THAT'S IT... the rest of the new features are horrible. You used to have no problems making your own levels making this sandbox game pretty legit...but now you just ruined it. The backgrounds that we have been using since the beginning for our levels...WE HAVE TO BUY THEM WITH STARDUST...1k+ stardust if I may add and having lives while verifying your levels, is just a bit random but a useless part of this game...other than buying backgrounds and that random lives feature this game is ok...I've seen recent reviews here saying something about hearts...and that in-app purchases are in effect haha well I guess you really need an in-app purchase in every game huh ;) but it's really not needed. And something about "Hearts" kinda prevents us from farming FREAKING STARDUST TO BUY THE BACKGROUNDS FOR OUT LEVELS...(please just change that stupid feature and I'll be ok, oh and take that lives feature out of the level making plz) - Anonymous(kappa)

Loved It But Not Anymore RIP

It takes me awhile to find a rhythm, so I tend to try out the levels. Now I don't think I'll be able to finish Kaito's story with these limited lives. I have to listen to the level a lot in one sitting to get it. The levels I can play made by other players is really limited. I enjoyed looking at the levels, even the badly rated ones, but now it costs. I hope the bug that causes the levels to occasionally fail to load is fixed or I'm going to be wasting a lot of stardust. And the DAMAGE is the worst. I preferred when all you got was a low score and had to do it again until the score was good enough. At least then I had an idea of what was in store and could strategize. Decide when and where I could take damage but still get a good score. Now that is not really an option. I am very tempted to give 1 star but because I used to LOVE this game, I'll give an extra star in memory for what a great game this was. RIP Lost in Harmony

    Used to be great

When this first came out, I played it all the way through (on both Normal and Hard levels) and loved it. I liked the music so much, I bought the soundtrack. I figured I’d start playing it again and was horrified to find the game I loved had been mutilated by the developers’ greed. They added a life system where if you ‘die’ a few times in a row, you have to wait 15 minutes or else pay to continue. Maybe I’m getting older, but the levels seem to be more difficult now, as well. Before, I had scored all 3 globes on every Hard level and now I frequently struggle to finish them on Normal. I’m sure this has *nothing* to do with putting more pressure on buying lives... I looked at the player-designed levels — you get to pay for them as well. This game was such a rich experience with deep emotional resonance. Now it’s been ruined by the gameplay being sabotaged so they can nickel-and-dime you. I’m utterly disgusted.

1 star for awful game change

Put it back to the way it was before the stupid lives system and IAPs...I used to play this game every day since it’s release a year ago (it was my favorite game)....I haven’t played in 2 months; and since the update I barely played at all (really only to finish the new story)...but my god, this is a perfect example of how to ruin a well-crafted, heart-wrenching game that moves a lot of people with its message; and of course, the amazing gameplay mechanics with the ultimate soundtrack...but it will just NEVER be viewed as that game I once loved ever again. It’s seriously quite a shame and sad, and by reading other reviews it seems a lot of people were really hurt by this greedy business model. Upcoming indie devs, learn from this company’s mistake and never do what they did. Keep your game premium with zero IAP that you are basically forced to buy.

How to destroy an amazing title??🙊

Do what this developer did. 💩💩💩😠 This was app of the week right before they changed the previous model to the horrendous current one. You get a taste of what the game is until they pull out the rug and introduce the lame IAP system they have now. Seems to be a trend on the Apple Store as of late; but, not one to be followed by an obviously very talented developement team... I wish I had known about this title and purchased it prior so I could have skirted the freemium pile of crap that this once wonderful title has unfortunately become. $3.99 for unlimited lives?? That's a $1.99 purchase at best people. I know developers need revenue to operate but this is just lame... Hey developers - how's the new IAP system working for you? Seriously, has it proved more successful for you?
