Dead by Daylight (Mobile) is a really fun enjoyable game and there’s a lot you can do. The developers make updates frequently which is a good thing so new items/ outfits are available. I feel though that it is very satisfying while playing as survivor because there are a lot of advantages. Such as, escaping easily, sprinting quickly, and jerking killers. In a killer prospective it’s a lot harder. Now personally I play both roles often and it’s very fun. But I’ve noticed that survivors have more of a advantage. For example, a killer is a lot slower which boost the survivors advantage of getting away. Yes, there are perks to make you run faster but it’s unfair. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve got my feelings hurt because people tease me. Now I have a problem with my camera so it’s harder but survivors usually team up (which I’m not saying that’s not how the games works) and once they all had flashlights. I would look one way and get blinded, they could have opened the exit cause all generators were completed they decided to work on some more. They would spread out and right when I would have chopped them (not to where they were crawling) they would blind me more then once so basically after they blinded me the first time they would do it again. There is a report button but it should have a consequence like, they should ban them for a certain amount of days so that takes away the fun.

As someone who played DbD quite a lot back in the day I gotta say it’s kinda unbelievable that they managed to port practically the full game to mobile, which performs better (albeit the obvious graphical downgrade while also considering you have a capable enough phone) seeing that you have the option to run the game at 60 FPS. The consoles aren’t even capable of running it at that frame rate, although that might be the developers fault for not falling through with their 60 FPS overhaul they announced sometime last year. The game is also free, which is a lot better than $20. When it comes to the controls, they’re highly intuitive and way better than I expected. I have the game for PS4, PC, and now mobile. While I am a mouse and keyboard kind of guy and have experience playing on controller as well, it doesn’t take long at all to get accustomed to the touchscreen. All in all, it’s kind of mind boggling that we’re getting a full blown console game that runs better on its mobile counter part. It doesn’t cost a dime. If you’re a fan of the game it’s definitely a must download, and it’s definitely worth checking out if you’ve never played. As a side note, I wish the developers put more effort into the console versions however. If they achieve this on a phone, I don’t know why they’re slacking on the console side of things. Fantastic port nonetheless.

I do experience a bit of lag, but the atmosphere of the game is entirely awesome. I feel right at home playing DBD again, after being inactive for about 6 months playing the console edition of the game. But, I’m really disappointed that my boi (my main) Quentin Smith isn’t in the game. Also, I happened to notice that some of the Killers that I like are also missing. And I think it’s not fair that some of my favorite characters like the Legion, Demogorgon, or Ghostface also cost real money. I never thought it would be like the original console edition of the game, but sadly, it almost feels exactly like it. Can you guys please fix this? Also, I’m not a new player since I have played DBD before, and I also think it’s unfair how I have to start all over again, since I can’t link/sync my Xbox Account to the game, because that’s the console edition I spent almost all of my money on, and I don’t wish to just throw that all away. Can you guys please fix this too? Thank you. But even though I’m not new to the game, I’m still new to the mobile edition of the game, meaning it might be a bit harder for me to maintain control of both my currency and characters. Even though it fits in your pocket and doesn’t have a lot of what the original has, it’s still great to play, graphics are great, just like the console version (I don’t play the PC version) the controls are great when you get them down. People complain about this and that about the mobile version but that’s what it is, mobile. And while I’m sure a lot more content will be released people need to calm the hell down because nothing is perfect. Stop complaining about this and that and just enjoy what they delivered. Almost similar gameplay and levels. Yes hit boxes are sometimes a little wonky and it sometimes lags, sure, it’s expected but overall I don’t see anything else wrong with it. 1 thing I will mention is the new “watch video” for the gift box offerings. If you watch to many video ads, it will say it can’t play a video now and you have to wait a day to continue. I don’t like how you have to watch the video at the very bottom row to continue to the next blood market. If you reached the video limit, it makes you wait to advance. Or you have to spend blood points to refresh which is stupid because the system makes you decide to wait or to refresh which is moronic to me, but hey, the game is free, you unlock characters with shards or cells. Overall it’s a great time waster for me.

Aim assist in the game right now is broken it’s wayyy to over powered, it pretty much tells you if there’s a survivor in a 5 meter radius, right now it moves your character even when your not swinging, I turn off aim assist because it’s boring to play with on, I feel like if I turn it on I’m not doing anything, and I’m really not with aim assist I don’t even have to move that much to hit someone, first of all it should only affect a little. And it should only come into play when your actually swinging at someone, and idk if this is a glitch or something but Aim assist makes the hit boxes bigger on survivor it seems weird it’s kinda hard to test due to no custom games but when someone doesn’t have aim assist on the hit boxes seem normal but when it’s on, I have swung at windows and there’s a survivor in front of it I hit the window but still damage the survivor. It also makes it waaayy harder to hide from killer Bc the killer can be randomly walking and aim assist will bring them to someone (if the survivor is within 10 feet) so right now aim assists needs to go. Or it needs to be nerfed to where it only affects when your actually swinging, Bc that’s what aim assist does it assist you with your aim, it’s not aim bot to tell you where a survivor is. If we remove aim assist legit like 90% of killers will have trouble aiming, but people rely on it waay too much and it does too much. But it needs to be actual aim assist or it needs to go

this game needs a lot more performance updates for it be a good game on mobile, if you could lower the graphic in exchange for performance would be a great option, when you’re the killer, you suffer far more than what survivors mainly because the scratch marks that the survivors leave will heavily affect your gameplay, and i’m not joking it will actually mess you up while i’m on 60 frames! It’s unbelievable as to how many matches i’ve lost to because of the scratch marks. This has to be fixed, the graphics do not have to be too fancy to a be good game, making the performance playable for both roles would be much appreciated. i cannot stress this enough, PLEASE PLEASE MAKE YOUR GAME BETTER!!! it is sooo good to play with friends, but the graphics make it so much harder for killers to play on. and 30 frames is not going to cut it, it will be 50% worse for players playing especially on a really crappy device, the worse part is that they can’t do anything about the graphics. i personally have an iphone x and is still, still, still so laggy when i play on 60 frames. all the survivors have to do is move around in circles when you’re around to the point where you’re practically dying from the lag, it’s really disappointing to have you’re skills capped because of a small minor set back. please fix the performance of the game

This game is pretty awesome, the contact support system is great, the animations is perfectly well done, and the cosmetics is great! Further more, I’d love how they make more surveys about our personal time on Dead By Daylight Mobile keeping our “track record” as to how we gotten ourselves into the game- (fyi I got here because of tiktok!) However, not all games are perfect. I truly wish they can provide more and better maps as soon as possible. Sometimes maps can get a bit boring when it’s comes to playing killer and survivor and maybe we wish they can work a bit faster with their updates on it. I’d also like to say I wish can look at other players ranks because, I feel as if as a Rank 1 In killer.. I’ve been facing with survivors that are.. new? I’m afraid that if I 4K/Win the game against baby survivors without even knowing if they’re new or not.. it’ll just prevent new players for committing to the game!! In the future, I hope there would also be there is a chatting system to communicate better in dbd mobile with random people just so the community can continue to grow and have more friends for all of us. Lastly, dbd should be able to make a customs section just like in console. It’ll bring more attention and more people into switching console to mobile on their spare time and making things a bit better!! Overall, great work!!

I love this game a lot and I do play it very often it is a good game on console as well as mobile and it is very enjoyable one thing I hate about mobile verison is a lot of the times when I throw down a pallet I am on the other side of it and the killer is on the other side so thier is no possible way for him to hit me and the pallet is already on the ground and I’m already out of the animation of throwing it down and for some reason I still get hit if you guys could please fix this it would make my experience way better this recently happend about 2 hours ago and I was going against a Michael Myers and basically I was on one side he on the other and me already out of the animation of throwing the pallet down and he did swing his weapon whilst I was throwing the pallet but it didint hit me untill after I was out of the animation it’s a really wierd and annoying bug but other than that I love the mobile version just wish the waiting time to join games for killer was a bit less . Also i want to add the fact that the yellow Mori lets you kill the last survivor of the trial please fix this to where they have to be hooked once to be able to mori I was in a game I was last survivor and I had deliverance I haven’t even been hooked and he just left me on the floor and waited for the other survivor to die and then moried me I literally would have found the hatch.

I loved everything about this game. It’s just like what I have on console and it’s amazing. Graphics are nice, and waiting times are always less than a minute long! It’s very nice to play on the go too. I’ve even spent money on this app which brings me to my next point that unfortunately it has one flaw. The skill checks are dysfunctional. At first I thought I was just horrible at them. I even looked up how to become better at skill checks. Considering that skill checks are such a big part of the game. And not knowing how to do skill checks can really hurt your team I spent time practicing. Nothing worked until i went into games specifically looking for skill checks and I noticed that whenever I press my finger against a screen theres always some kind of latency or just flat out always lands after the success zone. It isn’t all failure though, It works sometimes. I sometimes can’t even heal myself and require others to heal me or I will refuse to do generators just to not hurt my team and rather do other stuff that don’t require skill checks. It has made surviving a lot harder and much more work than usual. But other than that big flaw. Everything is great. I even love the quotes from the devs and makers of the DBD mobile on the loading screen. Hope for a fix soon.

This is a really good version of dbd especially on mobile there’s a few things that could be better though first I’m going to go through one major killer flaw. The auto aim is good and it helps but when attacking or pressing any action button allow us to look around while doing it like with a huntress hatchet allow us to hold down the hatchet and release the button to throw it but let us look while the button is pressed down same for swinging normally allow us to look instead of relying on auto aim so we don’t get 360 so easily second the hillbilly needs a different way to look around because I can’t swipe fast enough with his chainsaw going allow us a button like the turn around button on survivor but for hillbilly when sprinting so we have more control second on survivor it’s hard to know where the killer is during a chase and it’s so difficult to see any red due to the lighting I can’t see any scratch marks while in a chase nor the killers red light when they are behind me I lose survivors easily to the almost invisible scratch marks and miss my pallets because I can’t see the killers red light I have to max my brightness on my phone to see certain areas of the game sorry for the rambling but that’s my review

I do love this game. Getting off work and being able to play is literally what I look forward too but at random times, and quite often, the game says it can’t find a connection. Now I know it’s not my wifi because everything else in my house is working. If I uninstall and reinstall the app, it works again but I shouldn’t to have to do that every time. I’ve read online that a lot of other people are having this issue as well so I feel like it should be a top priority to fix but it still hasn’t been addressed. Also, I don’t play as killer so I don’t know all their perks or whatever but there will be times I’m at least halfway across the map and they will just come straight to me, like they know exactly where I am and the “exposed hex” is not active. I’ve gone through a lot of the reviews and noticed people are complaining about the aim assist and it being way “too helpful” and I can definitely tell. And lastly, I know killers can loose points for camping but they need to be loosing a more substantial amount apparently because there are way to many campers on this game, so the other survivors won’t come save you, which is understandable, but it’s annoying if you get hooked right away, just to have to kill your self so you can get into a new match but it takes so much time to load and it get frustrating after a couple matches.

It’s a fun game and there is a surprising amount of characters to choose from and maps to play, however, there is a major issue. If your game crashes (which it probably will multiple times) you are completely disconnected from the match and unable to join again if if you open the app right away and log back in. Sometimes my game crashes right after the match ends. In both cases, you are booted from the match and unable to see any rewards you got because the main menu opens when you log back in. I’m not sure if you even get the rewards for that match because of this. No message about how your game crashed, no message about the match. I’d like to see in future updates that we resume our matches if we log back in while it is still going. Additionally, I’d like to see the implementation of a match history bar where we can see the blood points everyone received, who won/lost, the people we played with, and the ability to send friend requests post-match! There is no way to add someone you just had a match with other than searching their name and manually adding them which is tedious. Also, why are we not able to chat with our party before a match? Chat system is important in mobile app gaming. These are all issues that should be addressed that will greatly improve the playing experience.

I can wholeheartedly say that I have never had the most genuine fun until I started playing this game a couple weeks ago. Prior to the newest update, this game has become a place where my friends and I would be able to have fun together and we honestly enjoy playing. However, ever since the new update we have never been able to play a decent game together because everything is broken including the poorly optimized graphics, frame rate drops, constant disconnects, connection issues, and for many, are not even able to simply log in and launch the game itself. It is inconsiderate to issue an update that was so hyped and meant to better the game to, in actuality, worsen the game and cause outrage within the already small player community that this game has. It is also inconsiderate to expect the players to whom may not have access to better devices that can barely run the game itself to constantly have to delete and reinstall the game in hopes of fixing the bugs that could have otherwise simply been fixed with another update. I know that the developers are aware of this poor update on their part, and I really do hope for the best of this game. But in order for that to happen, they need to focus on addressing the issues and sending out a fix because at the current state of the game right now, it is unacceptable. Behaviour Interactive, please listen to your player base.

I got this game like a month or two ago, and it worked fine and was fun to play. However, once you get below rank 10 (lower is better), it cannot put you into a match in less than 2 and a half minutes, killer or survivor, your opponent(s) is(are) 5 or more ranks ahead of you (and your teammates are 5 behind as a survivor), and killers can see you through walls doing nothing. I have been in a locker on the edge of the map and I have watched the killer do nothing, immediately walk over to me and snag me, multiple killers, multiple times, so I know it’s not some messed up perk. Also, even after setting the frame rate to 60 (per second) it will consistently drop to 5 or less and rubberband you back to a previous position, although oddly only when the killer has found you. Certain perks just flat out don’t work, like having an instant-down hex (that I can see is active) and watching survivors waltz away from hits and I’ve been executed by killer who haven’t used a momento mori (the thing that ALLOWS them to DO executions) within the last 5 games. Honestly, it would be fun, but there are so many game breaking issues right now that it’s literally unplayable. I just played 5 matches in less than 30 minutes because of the broken gameplay, and quite frankly it should be embarrassing to this studio for either releasing a game completely broken to certain players, or to leave it so riddled with holes and glitches that people can exploit this easily
